Er soll den sicheren und ethischen Einsatz von KI in Schulen gew\u00e4hrleisten und unterscheidet dabei zwischen verschiedenen Risikostufen:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Hochrisiko-KI:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strenge Vorschriften: Transparenz, Risikobewertung, menschliche Aufsicht<\/li>\n<li>Schulung der Mitarbeiter als Teil des Risikomanagements erforderlich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Niedriges Risiko:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weniger strenge Anforderungen.<\/li>\n<li>Einhaltung ethischer und transparenter Standards notwendig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m5xox7im-e12e1e2695a8faa60f66ddf084763693 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Was z\u00e4hlt zu den Hochrisikobereichen der KI?<\/h3>\n<p>Hochriskante KI-Systeme im Bildungsbereich umfassen solche, die Lernergebnisse bewerten, Lernprozesse steuern oder Pr\u00fcfungsbetrug \u00fcberwachen. Zudem m\u00fcssen sie sicherstellen, dass die verwendeten Daten qualitativ hochwertig und unverzerrt sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keines der fobizz KI Tools stellt ein Hochrisiko-KI-System i.S.d. Art. 6 KI-VO dar<\/strong>. Alle Tools werden als KI-Systeme mit geringem Risiko nach Art. 50 KI-Verordnung eingestuft, nur das Tool \u201eKI f\u00fcr Schrifterkennung\u201c ist ein KI-System mit minimalem Risiko, da es in keine der in Art. 50 KI-VO genannten Kategorien f\u00e4llt. Gepr\u00fcft wurden die fobizz KI-Tools von der Rechtsanwaltskanzlei reusch law nach der KI-Verordnung, die Ergebnisse sind im <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/250305_fobizz-101skills-GmbH_Whitepaper-KI-VO_Memo_rl.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whitepaper<\/a> vom 05.03.2025 einzusehen.<\/p>\n<p>Da die beiden Tools Korrekturhilfe und Feedback f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler*innen zu Bewertungszwecken eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, haben wir dennoch umfassende Ma\u00dfnahmen getroffen, um eine sichere und verantwortungsvolle Nutzung zu f\u00f6rdern.
