Trotzdem wissen wir oft gar nicht, ob und welche Ressourcen wir in der Schule legal nutzen d\u00fcrfen. OER (Open Educational Resources) tragen dazu bei, Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten aufzuzeigen und transparent zu machen. Sie geben den Nutzer*innen Sicherheit und sch\u00fctzen gleichzeitig die Rechte der Urheber*innen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Schule arbeiten wir jeden Tag mit unterschiedlichsten Materialien: Wir suchen sie und passen sie auf unsere Lerngruppe an. Welche Tools nutze ich zum Erstellen und Bearbeiten von OER? Mit wem kann ich mich zu dem Thema austauschen? Bedeuten offene Materialien gleich offene Software? Das kann zu einer Kultur des Teilens f\u00fchren, zun\u00e4chst braucht es aber Informationen, Vorbilder und Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote.<\/p>\n<p><b>OER sind nicht ganz leicht zu finden.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Stimmt, man muss erst lernen, wie man OER findet. Aber mit der Zeit wird es immer leichter. Eine tolle Hilfe k\u00f6nnen dabei Suchmaschinen wie das <a href=\"https:\/\/oerhoernchen.de\/suche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OERh\u00f6rnchen<\/a> sein. Es gibt bereits Unmengen an frei verf\u00fcgbaren und frei lizenzierten Bildungsmaterialien. Aber es gibt keine zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr OER-Materialien. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es Plattformen, die Materialien f\u00fcr die Schule sammeln, wie das <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.zum.de\/wiki\/Hauptseite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ZUM-Wiki<\/a>. Was ist n\u00f6tig, damit langfristig noch mehr Lehrer*innen von OER \u00fcberzeugt werden k\u00f6nnen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst brauchst es noch sehr viel Aufkl\u00e4rungsarbeit. Auch wenn das Thema immer weitere Kreise zieht, wissen viele Lehrer*innen noch gar nicht, was OER sind. Ist das gelungen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Insbesondere im Hochschulbereich hat die politische F\u00f6rderung von OER zu einer h\u00f6heren Bekanntheit gef\u00fchrt. Erste Ausschreibungen legen mittlerweile fest, dass entstehende Materialien als OER geteilt werden. Die Politik hat erste wichtige Voraussetzungen geschaffen. Wir sind aber l\u00e4ngst nicht am Ende und es gibt noch viel zu tun. Das <a href=\"https:\/\/buendnis-freie-bildung.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">B\u00fcndnis freie Bildung<\/a> setzt sich beispielsweise daf\u00fcr ein, dass OER st\u00e4rker bei politischen Entscheidungen ber\u00fccksichtigen werden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wie sieht die Zukunft f\u00fcr OER aus?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ich w\u00fcnsche mir, dass freie Materialien zur Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit werden. Im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung gibt es schon l\u00e4nger die Forderung, dass Software, die aus \u00f6ffentlichen Geldern bezahlt wird, auch \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglich und frei nutzbar ist: Public money, public code.
