Ich glaube das w\u00e4re \u00fcbertrieben. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher ob das unser Ziel sein sollte. Dieses Schlagwort fiel in einem anderen Interview und ich war nie wirklich zufrieden damit.<br \/>\nWenn man jedoch die Hardware anschaut dann stimmt das. Ich denke wir sind schon wirklich weit: Die komplette Schule hat Glasfaseranschluss und in jedem Raum ein gemanagtes WLAN mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher WLAN-Segmente. Die Tabletklassen nutzen Strukturen der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lmz-bw.de\/netzwerkloesung\/produkte-paedml\/paedml-windows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Windows Musterl\u00f6sung BW<\/a>.<br \/>\nDie Klassens\u00e4tze oder die Shared IPads nutzen ein Segment mit einem Ticketing System wie z.B. im Hotel. Alle Netze h\u00e4ngen hinter einem Jugendschutzfilter. Die Kinder k\u00f6nnen in der Sch\u00fcler-Lounge kostenlos und wireless drucken. In den Klassenr\u00e4umen sind entweder gro\u00dfe Smart TVs mit AirPlay oder Beamer\/Apple TV Kombination vorhanden. Alle Lehrkr\u00e4fte bekommen ein Dienst IPad gestellt. Die Klassen 8-10 sind IPad-Klassen (im Aufbau, derzeit 8 Klassen). Wann ist die Idee entstanden und wie lange dauerte es, bis die ersten IPads im Unterricht ankamen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Idee dazu kam schon vor Jahren auf. Den ersten IPad Koffer mit 16 IPad mini 2 haben wir schon 2014 angeschafft. Als Klassensatz ist der tats\u00e4chlich immer noch im Einsatz. Die Idee war damals dieselbe wie heute: Digitale Endger\u00e4te m\u00fcssen einfach einzusetzen und zu betreuen sein. Das sind die IPads auf jeden Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Die Idee zu IPad Klassen schwebte uns seither immer im Kopf herum. Es ist uns aber nie gelungen die Dinger \u201ewasserdicht\u201c zu machen.<br \/>\nErst die Begegnung mit dem Konzept der <a href=\"https:\/\/rennbuckel.de\/medienprofil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Realschule am Rennbuckel<\/a>\u00a0hat uns gezeigt, dass es doch machbar ist. Es war irgendwie wie bei dem alten Spruch \u201eAlle sagten: Das geht nicht. Dann kam einer, der wusste das nicht und hat&#8217;s gemacht.\u201c Die am Rennbuckel, die machten einfach. Das hat uns Mut gemacht. Wir haben uns zwar inhaltlich f\u00fcr ein anderes Konzept entschieden, aber ohne den Schulleiter dort, Ralph Gerner, und seinen Mut g\u00e4be es unser Projekt sicherlich so auch noch nicht. 2018 starteten wir mit den Tablet Klassen. Seither sind dort 300 IPads im Einsatz. Deine Schule dient sicher vielen als Vorbild &#8211; welche Tipps w\u00fcrdest du den Interessierten geben?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zuerst muss klar sein, dass eine Schule erst alle Aufgaben des Kerngesch\u00e4fts gemacht haben muss &#8211; die digitale Ver\u00e4nderung muss das i-T\u00fcpfelchen der Schulentwicklung sein, nicht eine zus\u00e4tzliche Baustelle. Es muss das Primat der P\u00e4dagogik gelten: Fragt euch immer zuerst warum machen wir das und was wollen wir damit erreichen. Erst dann stellt sich die Frage des \u201ewomit\u201c!<\/p>\n<p>Bindet die digitale Ver\u00e4nderung der Schule in das Leitbild ein und bindet alle Gruppen der Schulgemeinde im Vorfeld ein.\u00a0Erfindet das Rad nicht neu. Nutzt die Schwarmintelligenz der Vielen. Redet mit denen die es vor euch entwickelt haben. Besucht Schulen und schaut bei denen ab. Man muss teure Fehler ja nicht unbedingt wiederholen. Nat\u00fcrlich hat nicht jede Lehrkraft in jeder Klasse sofort ihren Unterricht umgestellt &#8211; das ist auch n\u00f6tig beziehungsweise sinnvoll. Aber immer mehr erkennen den Mehrwert, sind begeistert und setzen die Tablets sehr h\u00e4ufig ein. Als Pr\u00e4sentationsmedium hat es sich schnell durchgesetzt. Dazu haben auch die vielen AppleTVs und die einfache Spiegelung dar\u00fcber beigetragen. Aber immer mehr ver\u00e4ndert sich auch der Unterricht. Eine Kollegin arbeitet intensiv mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Umgedrehter_Unterricht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Flipped Classroom Modell<\/a>.<br \/>\nDie Kinder nutzen die Tablets als digitale Werkzeuge, Sie schreiben damit und darauf, sie recherchieren und pr\u00e4sentieren, sie arbeiten kollaborativ an Projekten und Aufgaben. Es werden Greenscreen-Szenen entwickelt, Filme gedreht, Abl\u00e4ufe programmiert und neue Lernprozesse erprobt. Beispiele daf\u00fcr sind sicher die Tools von Areeka, der Wortliga Textanalyse oder vielf\u00e4ltigen LernApps. Aber es wird noch Jahre brauchen, bis wir das Potential im Unterricht auch nur ann\u00e4hernd nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Hier stehen auch wir noch am Anfang, sind jedoch schon auf einem guten Weg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie kommen die Sch\u00fcler*innen damit klar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Sch\u00fcler sind nat\u00fcrlich happy. Der motivationale Effekt ist immens gro\u00df. Wir haben au\u00dferdem gelernt, dass nunmehr v\u00f6llig andere Sch\u00fclergruppen endlich Erfolgserlebnisse im Unterricht erfahren k\u00f6nnen. Zudem \u00e4ndert sich das Verh\u00e4ltnis Lehrkraft\/Sch\u00fcler massiv. Auch didaktisch-methodische Fragen sind nicht immer schon im Vorfeld zu kl\u00e4ren.<br \/>\nBew\u00e4hrt hat es sich bei uns, dass wir entschieden haben, dass sich sowohl die Klassen, als auch die dort unterrichtenden Lehrkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr das Projekt bewerben m\u00fcssen. Es wird niemand in das Projekt gezwungen. Im Verlaufe des ersten Jahres haben sich aber beinahe alle Lehrkr\u00e4fte anstecken lassen und sind nun dabei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ist es euch leicht gefallen, das Tablet in jedem Fach einzubinden &#8211; oder gibt es auch Tablet-freien Unterricht?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es den &#8211; und das ist auch gut so! Aber selbst in Religion hat die Fachschaft nun die BibelApp beantragt, die Sportkollegen filmen und besprechen Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe und wollen einen Smart TV in der Sporthalle, die Chemiker bestellen digitale Messsonden. Die M\u00f6glichkeiten werden t\u00e4glich mehr &#8211; die Gr\u00fcnde die Tablets auch mal in der Tasche zu lassen aber auch.<br \/>\nWir verzichten bewusst darauf, die Ger\u00e4te im Bereich des sozialen Lernens einzusetzen (auch wenn Teile davon nat\u00fcrlich im Bereich der Medienbildung oder Cybermobbings behandelt werden). Du hast es in ein paar Tweets schon angerissen &#8211; ab 2021 tr\u00e4gt sich das System selbst, zu Beginn gab es eine einmalige gr\u00f6\u00dfere Spende. Kannst du das nochmal einfach und kurz erkl\u00e4ren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Anfang stand eine mittlere, 5-stellige Spende unseres Namensgebers. Mir war klar, dass es das nun wirklich nicht in jedem Jahr geben wird. Und au\u00dferdem hatten wir im Umfeld genug Beispiele von Schulen gesehen, die\u00a0Einmalspenden mit beiden H\u00e4nden ausgegeben haben und im dritten Jahr ihre Digitalisierungsprojekte klammheimlich wieder begraben mussten, da kein Geld mehr f\u00fcr die Fortsetzung da war. Das wollten wir nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Spende hat es uns erm\u00f6glicht den ersten Jahrgang Tablets anzuschaffen &#8211; und das ist nun im Grunde ja bei allen Schulen so, Stichwort Digitalpakt. Die Eltern konnten sich im Vorfeld entscheiden, ob sie das Tablet gegen eine monatliche Geb\u00fchr leihen m\u00f6chten (dann geh\u00f6rt das Ger\u00e4t nach drei Jahren ihnen) oder ob sie es von der Schule gestellt bekommen m\u00f6chten. Wir waren dabei ganz transparent, dass wir eine ungef\u00e4hre \u201eMietkaufquote\u201c von ca. 70% brauchen um kostendeckend arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Die anderen bekommen das Tablet nat\u00fcrlich, von anderen nicht nachzuvollziehen, gestellt.<br \/>\nDer Mietpreis beinhaltet das Ger\u00e4t, die digitalen Schulb\u00fccher des Jahrgangs, eine Ger\u00e4teversicherung, das Microsoft Office Paket und die KaufApps aus dem AppStore. Die H\u00fcllen kaufen die Kinder selbst. Die Geb\u00fchren zieht die Stadtkasse f\u00fcr uns ein.<\/p>\n<p>Der Budgettopf wird so nie leer. Monatlich kommen immer Gelder zur\u00fcck. In den ersten Jahren legt die Schule aus dem Etat ebenfalls Geld in den Topf.
