Was steckt eigentlich hinter diesen Begriffen?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uta Eichborn: Kanban z\u00e4hlt zu den agilen Methoden, deren Ziel es immer ist, die Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe einfach viel flexibler zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich wurde Kanban in den 1940er Jahren im Automobilkonzern Toyota in Japan entwickelt, um den Fertigungsprozess zu verbessern. Daher kommt auch der Begriff: Kanban ist aus dem Japanischen und hei\u00dft \u00fcbersetzt Signalkarte. Popul\u00e4r wurde Kanban erst viel sp\u00e4ter, als die Grundidee der Methode auf die Softwareentwicklung \u00fcbertragen wurde. Heute wird das Kanban Board in fast allen Bereichen eingesetzt, in denen Aufgaben oder Projekte organisiert werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Aktuell wird im Schulkontext auch oft von \u201cAgiler Didaktik\u201d geredet. <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Genau, diese Flexibilit\u00e4t von Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen findet sich auch immer mehr in der Didaktik wieder. In der agilen Didaktik steht nicht mehr der auf die Minute genau vorgeplante Unterrichtsverlauf im Vordergrund. Entscheidend ist, dass wir als Lehrkr\u00e4fte wahrnehmen, was bei den Sch\u00fcler*innen passiert und darauf reagieren. Der Lernende und seine Art und Weise der Bearbeitung stehen im Mittelpunkt. In agilen Methoden sind Fehler ausdr\u00fccklich erw\u00fcnscht. Das kennen wir bisher in der Schule nicht. Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist ein Kanban Board in drei Spalten aufgeteilt, aus denen ersichtlich ist, welche Aufgaben zu erledigen sind, welche gerade in Bearbeitung sind und welche bereits fertig sind. Wenn du eine freie Fl\u00e4che hast, an der du das Kanban Board angebracht werden soll, achte am besten darauf, dass das Board auch gut zug\u00e4nglich ist. Ich mag es, wenn man vor dem Kanban Board ein wenig Platz hat, um sich im Team dar\u00fcber auszutauschen, was noch zu tun ist und was bereits erledigt ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Gibt es Grundprinzipien, die ich beachten sollte?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eines der Grundprinzipien von Kanban ist, dass du nie zu viele Aufgaben gleichzeitig bearbeiten solltest, sondern dich immer auf wenige Aufgaben konzentrierst. Du kannst nicht nur sehen, was noch alles zu erledigen ist, sondern auch, welche Aufgaben gerade in Bearbeitung sind und welche bereits erledigt sind.<\/p>\n<p><b>Inwiefern eignet sich das Kanban Board f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte und Sch\u00fcler*innen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Egal ob Lehrkraft oder Sch\u00fcler*innen: Kanban eignet sich f\u00fcr jeden als Methode zur Selbstorganisation. Im Projektunterricht haben sowohl die Sch\u00fcler*innen als auch die Lehrer*innen Vorteile. Da steht die Transparenz f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten an erster Stelle. Es ist nicht nur der aktuelle Arbeitsstand sondern auch der Arbeitsprozess f\u00fcr alle sichtbar. Diese Transparenz f\u00fchrt zur \u00dcbernahme von Verantwortung und macht Leistungen sichtbar. Gerade im Projektunterricht ist das sehr wertvoll. Wenn die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler an einer komplexen Aufgabenstellung arbeiten, f\u00fcr die sie sich im Team organisieren m\u00fcssen, ist das Kanban Board gut geeignet. Wenn die Sch\u00fcler beispielsweise einen Filmbeitrag zu einem Thema erstellen sollen, dann werden sie das wahrscheinlich arbeitsteilig organisieren. Diese Organisation k\u00f6nnen sie mit Hilfe des Kanban Boards deutlich verbessern. Mit einem digitalen Kanban Board gelingt das Projekt sogar im Distanzunterricht.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem eignet sich das Kanban Board aber auch hervorragend zur gemeinsamen Planung von Unterricht mit den Kollegen*innen. Was ist da zu beachten und welche Variante pr\u00e4ferierst du?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn ich grunds\u00e4tzlich sehr digital bin, mag ich die analoge Variante am liebsten. Allein oder im Team vor einem Board zu stehen, sich Gedanken zu machen oder sich im Team \u00fcber anstehende Aufgaben auszutauschen, ist einfach ein sehr produktiver Prozess. Beim Umh\u00e4ngen der Post-Its merkt man einfach immer, dass man was geschafft hat und das finde ich sehr motivierend.<\/p>\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich kann man sagen, dass die digitale Variante besser oder sogar ausschlie\u00dflich nutzbar ist, wenn Menschen an verschiedenen Orten oder sogar \u00fcber Zeitzonen hinweg miteinander arbeiten. Mit dem digitalen Kanban Board lassen sich Projekte so auch sehr gut im Distanzunterricht umsetzen.
