Und so wurde mit weniger als einer Woche Vorbereitungszeit das digitale Lernen quasi \u00fcber Nacht Realit\u00e4t. Dabei m\u00fcsse man mit dem Fundament des Landes \u2013 der Bildung \u2013 anfangen.<\/p>\n<p>In Pausders neuem Bildungsland ist das Curriculum entschlackt, der Unterricht projektbasiert und f\u00e4cher\u00fcbergreifend. Lehrer*innen werden zu Lernbegleiter*innen und k\u00f6nnen zwischen analogem und digitalem Unterricht wechseln. Au\u00dferdem solle das <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/entrepreneurship-education-im-unterricht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unternehmerische Denken und Handeln<\/a> laut Pausder schon in der Schulzeit gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Pausder will in einem Land leben, in dem E-Mail-Adressen f\u00fcr alle Lehrkr\u00e4fte existieren, das Wahlalter auf 16 Jahre herabgesenkt wird und Chancengleichheit gegeben ist. Sie fordert ein Digitalministerium und Investitionen in Innovationen. Bei all ihren Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4gen ist Pausder nicht w\u00fctend oder frustriert, sie meckert nicht \u2013 sondern ist hoffnungsvoll und klar in ihren Vorstellungen.<\/p>\n<p>Sie nimmt Bildung, Politik und Unternehmertum gleicherma\u00dfen in die Pflicht \u2013 und schlie\u00dflich jede*n Einzelne*n von uns.
