Was ist dir bei diesen Lernsettings am wichtigsten?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanja Kr\u00e4winkel:<\/strong> Pr\u00e4senz- und Distanzunterricht sollten nicht getrennt voneinander betrachtet werden. Vielmehr muss ein roter Faden, eine Struktur f\u00fcr die Lernenden bei einem Wechsel der Phasen vorhanden sein, um ihren eigenen Lernprozess gestalten und reflektieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist mir das <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/selbstgesteuertes-lernen-als-voraussetzung-fur-medienkompetenz\/\">selbstgesteuerte Lernen<\/a> sehr wichtig, welches f\u00fcr mich die Basis f\u00fcr einen erfolgreichen Lernprozess bildet. Beim selbstgesteuerten Lernen lenken die Lernenden ihren Lernprozess im Wesentlichen selbst- und eigenst\u00e4ndig. Die SuS sind in der Lage, ihren eigenen Lernprozess auf der Metaebene zu betrachten und zu reflektieren. Was hat hybrides Lernen f\u00fcr Vorteile? Und gibt es auch Nachteile?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Einsatz von digitalen Tools erweitert zun\u00e4chst einmal meinen analogen \u201cWerkzeugkasten\u201d, den ich f\u00fcr die Gestaltung meines Unterrichts zur Verf\u00fcgung habe. So k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise Kartenabfragen analog oder digital gemacht werden. In diesem Fall ersetze ich zun\u00e4chst ein analoges gegen ein digitales Tool.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vorteile dabei sind, dass ich die Kartenabfrage speichern, clustern, Tippfehler korrigieren und Kartenfarben \u00e4ndern kann. Digitale Tools erm\u00f6glichen aber noch viel mehr. Sie erm\u00f6glichen z.B. das kollaborative Arbeiten &#8211; auch im Distanzunterricht. Hybrides Lernen ist eigentliche eine Bereicherung f\u00fcr den Lernprozess, wie z.B. das Konzept des Flipped Classroom, bei dem ich den Lernenden f\u00fcr zuhause die Aufgabe gebe, sich in das Thema einzuarbeiten, z.B. mit einem interaktiven Video. Im Unterricht werden dann Aufgaben zu dem Thema bearbeitet und die Lehrkraft steht f\u00fcr Fragen und Hilfen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nachteile liegen in der L\u00e4nge der Distanzphasen. Je l\u00e4nger eine Distanzphase dauert, umso schwieriger wird es, Sch\u00fcler*innen zu motivieren sowie die Inhalte so zu konzipieren, dass sie eigenst\u00e4ndig alleine oder in Gruppen erarbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen. Schwierig ist hybrides Lernen auch, wenn die technische Ausstattung bei den Sch\u00fcler*innen fehlt. Worum geht es da genau?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In meinem Buch &#8222;Ein Leitfaden f\u00fcr den zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Unterricht&#8220; beschreibe ich M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie hybrides Lernen mit dem Lernmanagementsystem moodle (in NRW hei\u00dft es Logineo NRW LMS) gestaltet werden kann. Dabei zeige ich viele Beispiele aus meiner Unterrichtspraxis. Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es zahlreiche Erkl\u00e4rvideos, die mit dem Buch verlinkt sind. Das selbstgesteuerte Lernen bildet auch hier eine Grundlage. Ich erkl\u00e4re Strukturierungs- und Kommunikationsm\u00f6glichkeiten und beschreibe, wie der Lernprozess der Sch\u00fcler*innen begleitet werden kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus geht es nat\u00fcrlich auch darum, wie Inhalte aufbereitet und z.B. auch Lernpfade erstellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Das bedeutet, dass ich bei meiner Unterrichtsplanung immer wieder \u00fcberlege, wie ich diese Kompetenzen f\u00f6rdern kann. Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen Sch\u00fcler*innen kollaborativ in einem Padlet Inhalte erarbeiten. Ich nutze auch sehr gerne das Forum in moodle f\u00fcr Diskussionen und Situationsanalysen.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Auszubildenden m\u00fcssen z.B. regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ihren Ausbildungsbetrieb bez\u00fcglich der behandelten Themen analysieren und dazu im Forum einen Beitrag schreiben. Generell m\u00f6chte ich aber auch mehr Lernbegleiterin als Lehrerin sein. Die Schulen k\u00f6nnen ein eigenes System aufsetzen oder es von einem externen Anbieter hosten lassen. Einige Bundesl\u00e4ndern wie z.B. NRW (Logineo NRW LMS) oder Bayern (Mebis) bieten den Schulen einen kostenlosen Zugang an.<\/p>\n<p>Moodle ist so gut f\u00fcr hybrides Lernen geeignet, weil dort Lerninhalte strukturiert aufbereitet werden k\u00f6nnen, die Sch\u00fcler-Lehrer-Beziehung mit unterschiedlichen Kommunikationsm\u00f6glichkeiten gepflegt werden kann und die 4K gef\u00f6rdert werden k\u00f6nnen. Interaktive \u00dcbungen, wie z.B. mit h5p oder kollaborative Elemente wie Wikis k\u00f6nnen ganz einfach in moodle erstellt werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen Lernpfade entwickelt werden. Dies kann z.B. mit To-Do-Listen, Kann-Listen, Wochenpl\u00e4ne etc. erfolgen. Die Sch\u00fcler*innen m\u00fcssen eine Verbindung der Lerninhalte erkennen und sie nicht als Aneinanderreihung irgendwelcher Aufgaben verstehen. Selbstgesteuertes Lernen bedeutet auch nicht \u201callein gelassen zu werden\u201d. Daher muss der Lernprozess begleitet werden, wie z.B. mit Feedback oder direkter Kommunikation \u00fcber verschiedene Kan\u00e4le.<\/p>\n<p>Selbstgesteuertes Lernen bedeutet auch, den Lernenden verschieden M\u00f6glichkeiten des Lernweges zu erm\u00f6glichen. Mit Lernpfaden k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise leistungsbezogene Verzweigungen eingebaut werden. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen sowohl schw\u00e4chere als auch st\u00e4rkere Sch\u00fcler*innen gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Reflexion des Lernprozesses ist auch sehr wichtig. Mit einem Lerntagebuch in moodle kann dies sehr gut umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Durch den digitalen Fernunterricht, sind ja mittlerweile alle Lehrkr\u00e4fte mit hybriden Lernformen in Ber\u00fchrung gekommen. Hast du abschlie\u00dfend noch Tipps f\u00fcr deine Kolleg*innen und ihren Unterricht?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht zun\u00e4chst einmal: \u201cHaltet durch!\u201d. Wir Lehrkr\u00e4fte sind im Moment wirklich stark belastet und f\u00fchlen uns oft allein gelassen. Zus\u00e4tzlich m\u00f6chte ich Mut machen, zum Teil loszulassen und neue Wege zu gehen. Mein Motto ist immer: \u201cEinfach machen\u201d. Ich habe immer neue Sachen ausprobiert und meinen Sch\u00fcler*innen immer dazu gesagt: \u201cIch habe eine tolle Idee und wir testen das jetzt gemeinsam aus.\u201d Zuletzt habe ich das im Dezember in der ersten Lockdown-Woche gesagt, als es darum ging, in moodle eine digitale Pr\u00fcfung zu entwickeln. Das ist sehr gut gelaufen.
