Fischer<\/strong> ist seit 2016 als Lehrkraft an der Ludwig Fresenius Schule f\u00fcr Physiotherapie in Koblenz t\u00e4tig und leitet diese seit zwei Jahren. 2009 schloss sie ihren Master im Bereich Manueller Therapie in den Niederlanden ab und schreibt derzeit berufsbegleitend an ihrer Thesis im Bereich Medizinp\u00e4dagogik. Da steht man nun als Schulleitung zwischen Overheadprojektor und Kreidetafel \u2013 digital vorsintflutlich ausgestattet \u2013 vor dem Kollegium voller Motivation, Angst, Frust, Ideen, Hoffnung, Wissen und Willen. Mit dem Willen, es gut zu machen. Richtig, richtig gut! Man will diese Situation nicht nur irgendwie schaffen, sondern konstruktive, neue Wege der Lehre beschreiten und Wissen vermehren. Aber auch mit dem Willen, dem Kollegium nicht noch mehr aufzub\u00fcrden und dem Willen nach Feedback und Kontaktwunsch der Eltern und Sch\u00fcler*innen nachzukommen. Jonglierend mit Ressourcen im Spagat zwischen Haben und Soll. Manches k\u00f6nnen wir \u00e4ndern, anderes nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Was ich tue: Ich bin da!<\/p>\n<p>Heute geht\u2019s um das kollegiale Dasein. Ich bin Cheerleader und Coach. Vielleicht sammelst du auch Feedback in einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.answer-cloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Answer-Cloud<\/a> und bittest dein Kollegium ebenfalls mitzumachen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Next step.<\/em><\/strong> In unserer Schule bin ich von null direkt in Phase zwei \u00fcbergegangen und habe meine Kolleg*innen in eine vorbereitete Unterrichtssituation geholt. Das hei\u00dft, der Chat (Padlet o.\u00e4.) wurde von mir organsiert und die Kolleg*innen setzen sich nur noch vor die Kamera und performen, ggf. mit ihrer vorbereiteten Pr\u00e4sentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Throwback. <\/em><\/strong>Erstelle ein Instagram-Reel oder einen Kurzfilm. Und ja, es macht mich stolz, dass meine Kolleg*innen sie sofort umsetzen und \u00fcber jede Arbeitserleichterung dankbar sind. Die kurze Mehrarbeit der neuen Wissensaufnahme erleichtert den digitalen Unterricht um ein Vielfaches. Und es macht endlich auch wieder Spa\u00df. Wir haben im Team festgestellt, dass sich <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/fortbildung\/qr-codes-im-unterricht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QR-Codes<\/a> mega gut auf Arbeitsbl\u00e4ttern machen, um beispielsweise Untersuchungsstrategien zu verlinken. Wir werden viele der digitalen Tools beibehalten, auch wenn wir wieder analog unterrichten werden.<\/p>\n<p>An das Textende geh\u00f6rt ein Ausblick. Gerade f\u00fchlt es sich an, wie ein nie endender Triathlon und langsam fangen die Beine an zu brennen und \u2013 verdammt nochmal \u2013 irgendeiner verrutscht die Zielmarke immer weiter nach hinten. Sportler*innen hilft auf den letzten Metern ihr Kopf. Das Weitermachen f\u00fcr Familie und Freunde, das Weitermachen, weil der Weg verdammt hart war, das Weitermachen, weil dieser Sport verdammt geil ist.<\/p>\n<p>Finde deinen #myreasonwhy, leg auf den letzten Metern ruhig einen langsameren Schritt ein, iss&#8216; noch einen kleinen Schokoriegel und feier dich, wenn du da bist!
