Aber wie geht es dann weiter? Es braucht auch eine gewisse digitale Kompetenz seitens der Lehrkr\u00e4fte. F\u00fcr ihren Unterricht greift sie gerne auf selbstgedrehte Erkl\u00e4rvideos, die sie auf YouTube oder TikTok ver\u00f6ffentlicht, zur\u00fcck. Au\u00dferdem nutzt sie gerne Sketchnotes und digitale Dominos sowie die Methoden &#8222;flipped classroom&#8220; und &#8222;Partner- bzw. Gruppenpuzzle&#8220;. Wichtig ist ihr dabei, die Begegnung mit den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler auf Augenh\u00f6he, um diese bestm\u00f6glich in die &#8222;neue Welt&#8220; zu entlassen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Aus Angst, sich vor der Klasse mit fehlendem <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/digitaler-unterricht-tipps-und-tricks\/\">digitalen Wissen<\/a>, zu blamieren.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Tablets werden originalverpackt im Schrank liegen und erst nach Aufforderung f\u00fcr ein Software-Update oder \u00e4hnlichem herausgeholt. Aber nicht f\u00fcr die eigentliche Verwendung: Dem <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/fuenf-schritte-um-tablets-in-der-schule-zu-nutzen\/\">sinnvollen Einsatz im Unterricht<\/a>. So kann die digitale Kompetenz auf Sch\u00fcler*innen und Lehrer*innenseite nat\u00fcrlich nicht wachsen und die Leidtragende werden die Sch\u00fcler*innen sein. Die Ausstattung der Schule war w\u00e4hrend meiner Schullaufbahn sehr fortschrittlich. Es gab einige Computerr\u00e4ume mit ausreichend Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und einer technischen Ausstattung, die auf dem aktuellsten Stand war. Ein Privileg f\u00fcr meine Mitsch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fcler und mich. Die Unterrichtsinhalte wurden sinnvoll mit Software verkn\u00fcpft und der Fokus lag dabei immer wieder auf selbstorganisiertem Lernen. Unser mathematisches und digitales Wissen wurde nicht mit Stift und Papier, sondern digital abgefragt. Mein Mathelehrer war deshalb die Lehrkraft in meiner Schullaufbahn, die mich wirklich digital gepr\u00e4gt hat. Er war als Lehrer aber auch der einzige.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere pr\u00e4gende Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten auf meinem digitalen Weg sind meine Eltern. Mein Vater arbeitete in der IT-Branche und meine Mutter war ebenfalls Lehrerin. Sie hat erst ein Jahr vor ihrer Pensionierung damit angefangen, ihren Unterricht digital zu gestalten. In meinen Augen viel zu wenig.<\/p>\n<p>Bedeutet im Umkehrschluss: Mein gesamtes digitales Wissen habe ich mir durch Eigeninitiative angeeignet und mich an meine Vorbilder, meinen Mathelehrer und meine Eltern, erinnert.<\/p>\n<p>Digital weitergebracht hat mich aber auch mein Job in einer Unternehmensberatung, in der ich w\u00e4hrend meines Studiums gearbeitet habe. In letzter Zeit ist mir vermehrt aufgefallen, dass es vor allem in den USA zahlreiche \u201eresource academies\u201c gibt, die ausschlie\u00dflich das Erstellen von <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/interaktive-arbeitsblatter-und-ubungsformate-fur-den-hybrid-und-fernunterricht\/\">(digitalen) Unterrichtsmaterialien<\/a> sehr ausf\u00fchrlich in mehrw\u00f6chigen Kursen thematisieren und das erlernte Wissen direkt angewendet wird. Bisher habe ich so etwas Vergleichbares in Deutschland nicht gesehen. W\u00e4re das aber nicht ein Anfang? (Ausgebildeten) Lehrkr\u00e4ften, die Angst zu nehmen, digitale Unterrichtsmaterialien f\u00fcr das eigene Fach zu erstellen und den sicheren Umgang mit verschiedenen Office Programmen zu erlernen. Von der erworbenen digitalen Kompetenz, die sich stetig weiter entwickeln sollte, profitieren vor allem die Sch\u00fcler*innen. Denn sie sind diejenigen, die wir Lehrkr\u00e4fte auf die Welt von morgen bestm\u00f6glich vorbereiten sollten. Die Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen erweist sich zudem als echter Vorteil, denn auch wir k\u00f6nnen von ihnen lernen.
