Was sind Barcamps genau und wie l\u00e4uft ein Barcamp ab?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hendrik Haverkamp und Yvonne Bansmann: Ein Barcamp ist eine sogenannte \u201cUnkonferenz\u201d. Das bedeutet, eine partizipativ organisierte Veranstaltung ohne ein vorab festgelegtes Programm mit festen Sprecher*innen. Prinzipiell ist jede*r Teilnehmer*in auch Sessiongeber*in und die Inputs variieren von kurzen Inputs bis hin zu Fragestellungen und Diskussionen, die gemeinsam entwickelt werden.\u00a0 Barcamps laufen nach einem bestimmten Muster ab. Zu Beginn begr\u00fc\u00dfen die Veranstalter*innen alle Teilnehmer*innen und stellen sowohl den organisatorischen Rahmen als auch die Zielsetzung des Barcamps vor. Im Anschluss wird der Sessionplan offen und f\u00fcr alle ersichtlich erstellt. Alle Teilnehmer*innen, die eine Session geben m\u00f6chten, stellen sich kurz vor und wenn m\u00f6glich fassen sie ihre Session in drei Hashtags vor. Bei der Erstellung der Sessions gibt es keine Hierarchie und auch keine Bevorzugung von Personen, die sich vielleicht schon einen Namen zu dem Thema des Barcamps gemacht haben. Nachdem der Sessionplan erstellt worden ist, beginnen die Barcamp Workshops. Ein Barcamp endet mit einer Abschluss- bzw. Feedbackrunde. Ein Barcamp kann sich \u00fcber einen Tag oder \u00fcber mehrere Tage erstrecken, je nach Vorgabe der Veranstalter*innen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-ju00cit0-5b50248725427f686a41e4deff14a482 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr gemacht? Wie nehmen Sch\u00fcler*innen dieses Angebot an?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wir haben in diesem und im letzten Schuljahr mehrt\u00e4gige Barcamps zur Abiturwiederholung durchgef\u00fchrt. Da das Feedback der Sch\u00fcler*innen durchweg sehr positiv war, haben wir dieses Format in diesem Jahr von zwei auf vier Tage ausgedehnt und werden es auch im n\u00e4chsten Schuljahr f\u00fcr die Abiturwiederholung einsetzen. Besonders positiv wurde von den Sch\u00fcler*innen hervorgehoben, dass sie sich die Inputs ohne Vorgaben aussuchen konnten, die sie f\u00fcr ihre pers\u00f6nliche Vorbereitung ben\u00f6tigten sowie die Bandbreite der Angebote und der Sessiongeber*innen. Als Referentin f\u00fcr die DAPF, die ZfA, f\u00fcr Designed Education u.a. liegt der Schwerpunkt ihrer Fortbildungs- und Moderationst\u00e4tigkeit im Bereich der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hendrik Haverkamp<\/strong>\u00a0ist Koordinator f\u00fcr Digitalit\u00e4t am Evangelisch Stiftischem Gymnasium G\u00fctersloh und Lehrer f\u00fcr die F\u00e4cher Deutsch und Sport. Als Referent f\u00fcr die DAPF, die ZfA, f\u00fcr designed education u. a. liegt der Schwerpunkt seiner Fortbildungs- sowie Moderationst\u00e4tigkeiten im Bereich der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung unter den Bedingungen der Digitalit\u00e4t. Seid tolerant, wenn mal eine Session nicht euren Vorstellungen entspricht. Ihr habt ja jederzeit die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine Session, die euch nicht gef\u00e4llt, zu verlassen und an einer anderen Session teilzunehmen. Seid so aktiv wie m\u00f6glich und versucht eine Session zu geben. Man kann nur gewinnen. Hilfreich ist es, wenn man selbst vorher ein Barcamp besucht hat, dann kennt man die Abl\u00e4ufe und hat eine bessere \u00dcbersicht bei der Planung. Bei online Barcamps haben wir zus\u00e4tzlich ein shared document eingesetzt, damit alle Sessiongeber*innen ihre Links zu den Videokonferenzen eintragen konnten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktuell findet der Unterricht im Hybridmodell oder komplett online statt. Ist es eurer Meinung nach auch sinnvoll, Barcamps online zu veranstalten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wir haben Barcamps sowohl hybrid, in Pr\u00e4senz und komplett online durchgef\u00fchrt. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass dieses Format in allen Formen gut funktioniert. Hybrid ist es allerdings technisch etwas aufw\u00e4ndiger und es sollten zwei Moderatoren*innen eingesetzt werden, weil ein*e Moderator*in mit allen Aufgaben \u00fcberfordert
