Eine solche Forderung k\u00f6nnen wir derzeit in allen Diskussionen rund um das Thema Schule h\u00f6ren. Die L\u00f6sung liegt auf den ersten Blick in der Nutzung digitaler Endger\u00e4te und dem Einsatz vielf\u00e4ltiger Tools im Unterricht. Der Einsatz motiviert die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler und bereitet ihnen in der Regel gro\u00dfe Freude. In fast allen Unternehmen, die ich besucht habe oder \u00fcber deren Organisations- und Kulturwandel ich gelesen habe, ging der evolution\u00e4re Prozess mit der Einf\u00fchrung verschiedener agiler Methoden wie <strong>Scrum<\/strong>, <strong>Kanban<\/strong> oder <strong>Design Thinking<\/strong> einher.<\/p>\n<p>Das agile Arbeiten mit dem Rahmenwerk Scrum hat mich bei allen meinen gewonnenen Eindr\u00fccken in besonderer Weise inspiriert: In den wenigen Rahmenbedingungen und in der klar strukturierten Vorgehensweise, vor allem aber in den zugrunde liegenden Werten und Prinzipien sah ich M\u00f6glichkeiten, diese im Rahmen eines Projektunterrichts auf die Schule zu \u00fcbertragen. Damit k\u00f6nnte ich neue M\u00f6glichkeiten er\u00f6ffnen, um den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler den Erwerb von Zukunftskompetenzen im Sinne der 4K (Kommunikation, Kollaboration, Kreativit\u00e4t und kritisches Denken) und dar\u00fcber hinaus auch Kompetenzen wie Selbstorganisation und Verantwortungs\u00fcbernahme zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Agile Methoden sind schon \u00fcber 70 Jahre alt, richtig bekannt wurde das Thema Agilit\u00e4t aber erst mit dem agilen Manifest, das 2001 aus den Ideen einer Gruppe von Softwareentwicklern entstand. Die Grundidee aller agilen Methoden liegt in der Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit w\u00e4hrend eines Arbeits- oder Lernprozesses. In wiederkehrenden Schleifen pr\u00fcft und reflektiert man den Prozess, um Fehler fr\u00fch zu identifizieren und Korrekturen im Prozess zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler sch\u00e4tzen dabei selbst ein, was sie im jeweils folgenden Sprint erledigen wollen, um das Projektziel zu erreichen. Sie \u00fcbernehmen mit dieser Selbstverpflichtung Verantwortung f\u00fcr den individuellen Lernprozess und den des gesamten Teams. Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir im Unterricht vorab alle gemeinsam das Projektziel besprochen, festgelegt, welches Ergebnis erreicht werden soll und Aufgaben formuliert, die erledigt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend eines Sprints lernt und arbeitet das Sch\u00fclerteam vollst\u00e4ndig selbstorganisiert. Grundlage dieser Selbstorganisation ist das Scrum Board, auf dem der gesamte Arbeits- und Lernprozess des Sch\u00fclerteams visualisiert und damit f\u00fcr alle am Projekt Beteiligten transparent wird. Das Scrum Board ist vom Aufbau an ein Kanban Board angelehnt und besteht im Kern aus drei Spalten: ToDo, Doing und Done. Das Scrum Board zeigt auf einen Blick, welche Aufgaben im Team zu erledigen sind, welche gerade in Bearbeitung sind und welche Aufgaben bereits erledigt sind, um das jeweilige Sprint-Ziel zu erreichen. Jeden Tag zu Arbeits- bzw. Unterrichtsbeginn trifft sich das Sch\u00fclerteam am Board zum <strong>Daily Stand up<\/strong>. Zweck des Treffens, das zur besseren Fokussierung tats\u00e4chlich im Stehen stattfindet, ist die kontinuierliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Arbeitsfortschritts und die kurze Planung der anstehenden Unterrichtseinheit. Jedes Teammitglied beantwortet drei Fragen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was habe ich in der letzten Unterrichtseinheit gemacht?<\/li>\n<li>Was werde ich heute tun?<\/li>\n<li>Welche Herausforderungen habe ich?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anhand der drei Fragestellungen sind alle Teammitglieder involviert, stellen ihren Arbeitsstand vor und bringen ihre Ideen und die Bereitschaft zur Probleml\u00f6sung ein.<\/p>\n<p>Nach jedem Sprint, der je nach Wochenstundenzahl beispielsweise ein oder zwei Wochen dauern kann, stellt das Sch\u00fclerteam dem Lehrer in seiner Rolle als <strong>Product Owner<\/strong>, das Zwischenprodukt, das sogenannte <strong>Produktinkrement<\/strong>, vor und gemeinsam wird gepr\u00fcft, ob das Sch\u00fclerteam hinsichtlich des Arbeitsauftrags auf dem richtigen Weg ist und was im n\u00e4chsten Sprint verbessert werden muss. Vereinbarungen werden notiert und am Scrum Board gesichert, so dass die R\u00fcckmeldungen auch einen hohen Grad an Verbindlichkeit haben. Anschlie\u00dfend trifft sich das Sch\u00fclerteam zu einer kurzen <strong>Retrospektive<\/strong>, in der die Art und Weise wie das Team w\u00e4hrend des Sprints zusammengearbeitet hat, reflektiert wird. Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler sprechen \u00fcber ihre subjektiven Wahrnehmungen hinsichtlich der Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re, der Kommunikation und Interaktion oder auch der eingesetzten digitalen Tools. Dabei haben sie immer perspektivisch die Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit im n\u00e4chsten Sprint im Blick.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Basis des Feedbacks zum Produkt und der anschlie\u00dfenden Retrospektive wird dann wieder in einem Sprint-Planning der zweite Sprint geplant und anschlie\u00dfend am Projekt weitergearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr habt es in dieser kurzen Ausf\u00fchrung vielleicht gemerkt: Die Grundidee aller agiler Methoden liegt in der Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit w\u00e4hrend eines Prozesses. In den Iterationen dr\u00fcckt sich die <strong>positive Fehlerkultur<\/strong> agiler Methoden aus. Die Art der Visualisierung und der dadurch resultierende hohe Grad an Transparenz, unterst\u00fctzt die Kompetenz zur Selbstorganisation der Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler und kann die Kultur des Lernens in einer Klasse signifikant ver\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Die klassische Projektarbeit in der Schule gleicht ja manchmal der Arbeit auf einer einsamen Insel, auf der die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler erst Besuch dulden, wenn das Projekt abgeschlossen ist. Diese Art von Transparenz, die an der Grenze des eigenen Teams endet, kann damit \u00fcberwunden werden. Die Teams f\u00fchren ihre Kanban Boards dann digital (z.B. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cryptpad.fr\">www.cryptpad.fr<\/a>) und treffen sich in einer Videokonferenz zum Daily Stand up.<\/p>\n<p>Mit jeder Umsetzung kleiner agiler Elemente gibst du den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern die M\u00f6glichkeit, echte Zukunftskompetenzen zu entwickeln und sie damit auf eine von der digitalen Transformation gepr\u00e4gte Lebens- und Arbeitswelt vorzubereiten. Klare Regeln, mit denen Selbstorganisation der Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler und ein transparenter Arbeitsprozess erm\u00f6glicht wird, k\u00f6nnen allen Beteiligten mindestens so viel Sicherheit geben wie die minutengenaue Planung eines lehrerzentrierten Unterrichts.
