Weil sie nur scheingenau sind, erf\u00fcllen sie ihre Funktionen sehr schlecht. Durch mangelnde Aussagekraft k\u00f6nnen verheerende Folgen und Frustrationen entstehen. Klassische Pr\u00fcfungsformate gehen oft von der \u201cBrockhaus-Welt\u201d (Ulrich Weinberg) aus, in der Wissen Silo-artig organisiert war und man von Einzelleistungen ausging. Wir brauchen aber offene Pr\u00fcfungsformate, in denen motiviert Kompetenz gezeigt werden kann. Im November 2021 erschien sein Buch \u201eEine Schule ohne Noten\u201c (hep-Verlag, gemeinsam mit Philippe Wampfler). Zuvor war er als Oberstufenkoordinator t\u00e4tig, als Fachseminarleiter Geschichte und als Hauptseminarleiter am Studienseminar Potsdam. Welche Alternativen gibt es zur <\/b><b>Leistungsbewertung mit Noten?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die Methoden des sogenannten formative assessment bieten gute M\u00f6glichkeiten, bereits in unserem jetzigen System eingesetzt zu werden. Hierbei geht es vor allem um Feed-Forward im Lernprozess. Sch\u00fcler*innen optimieren ihre Texte oder Lernprodukte mithilfe von Feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Damit \u00e4ndert sich die Lernkultur und am Ende sagen die Lernenden: Dieser Dialog mit meiner Lehrperson bringt mich voran. Noten brauche ich eigentlich nicht mehr &#8211; auch wenn wir sie dann noch geben m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Open book-Klausuren gibt es inzwischen in vielf\u00e4ltigen Formen. Spannend finde ich aktuell den Bereich der Kollaboration. F\u00fcr den \u00dcbergang gibt es Klassenarbeiten mit kollaborativen Anteilen. Irgendwann landen wir dann vielleicht bei kollaborativen Projekten, wie die \u201cSchool of Design Thinking\u201d in Potsdam, die gar keine Einzelbewertungen mehr verteilt. Stattdessen wird dort die Teilnahme an Gruppenleistungen attestiert, weil man dort konsequent sagt: Es kommt auf authentische Kollaboration an und Einzelbewertungen stehen dem im Weg. Aktuell laufen in Deutschland mehrere Schulversuche, die neue Formen erproben. Au\u00dferdem merken wir beim Institut, dass sich die Entscheidungsebenen f\u00fcr unsere Gedanken interessieren. Die KMK hat Ende letzten Jahres ein neues Papier zum Lernen in der digitalen Welt ver\u00f6ffentlicht, worin wir alle zum Entwickeln neuer Formen aufgefordert werden. In den K\u00f6pfen vieler beteiligter Menschen sind Ver\u00e4nderungen allerdings viel schwieriger zu realisieren, da prognostiziere ich doch noch einen l\u00e4ngeren Prozess, denn \u201cDas haben wir doch schon immer so gemacht!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie reagieren Sch\u00fcler*innen und Eltern deiner Erfahrung nach auf solche neuen Pr\u00fcfungsformate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Reaktionen sind immer dann besonders positiv, wenn Lernende und Eltern mit ins Boot geholt werden. Wenn die Lehrperson \u00fcberzeugend die Vorteile der Formate darlegen kann, wenn f\u00fcr die Lernenden Mitsprache- und Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten bestehen und ihre Ideen mit einflie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen, dann sind kritische R\u00fcckmeldungen sehr selten. Zudem steigt die Akzeptanz, je l\u00e4nger und intensiver die Lernenden bereits an Formen des eigenverantwortlichen Lernens gew\u00f6hnt sind. Nat\u00fcrlich kann es zu Irritationen kommen, wenn neue Formate nicht mit den eigenen biografischen Erfahrungen deckungsgleich sind. Das ist eher bei Eltern der Fall. Gibt es vielleicht M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie Lehrer*innen klassische Pr\u00fcfungen dennoch zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfer gestalten k\u00f6nnen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein guter Einstieg sind unsere Schieberegler, die sich auch auf der Seite <a href=\"https:\/\/pruefungskultur.de\/beispiel12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pruefungskultur.de<\/a> finden. Damit kann man einen vorhandenen Klassiker so bearbeiten, dass man guckt, welchen Schieberegler man in die Hand nimmt und mehr oder weniger stark nach rechts schiebt, um den Klassiker zu ver\u00e4ndern. Zum Beispiel kann man die Schieberegler \u201cHilfsmittel\u201d und \u201cOrt\u201d leicht nach rechts schieben: Dann l\u00e4sst man beispielsweise weitere Hilfsmittel zu und stellt den Lernenden zwei benachbarte R\u00e4ume mit unterschiedlicher Ausstattung zur Verf\u00fcgung. Allein das kann schon dazu f\u00fchren, dass Lernende die Pr\u00fcfung als lernf\u00f6rderlicher erleben, \u00c4ngste abnehmen und die Motivation steigt. Auf der Seite des Instituts findet man f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung dann Beispiele, bei denen die Schieberegler weit nach rechts geschoben sind, auch in den Bereichen Kollaboration, Feedback, Zeit und Raum.
