Aufgrund der Installation von Logineo LMS zu Beginn des Schuljahres 2021\/2022, sind auch die Fortbildungen hierzu sehr hilfreich f\u00fcr die Lehrkr\u00e4fte. Das hier erworbene Wissen konnten die Steuergruppenmitglieder bei den regelm\u00e4\u00dfig stattfindenden, schulinternen Lehrerfortbildungen (\u201cDigiCaf\u00e9s\u201d) weitergeben. Was zeichnet ihre Schule besonders aus? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als anerkannte UNESCO-Projektschule arbeitet die Steuergruppe Medien innerhalb der UNESCO-S\u00e4ule \u201cChancen und Freiheiten im digitalen Zeitalter\u201d. Somit ist die Vermittlung von Medienkompetenzen bereits seit vielen Jahren ein fester Bestandteil unseres Schulprogramms. Im Rahmen des sogenannten \u201cUNESCO-Rates\u201d entwickeln Sch\u00fclervertreter*innen, Elternvertreter*innen und Lehrkr\u00e4fte gemeinsam neue Ideen und vereinbaren Meilensteine f\u00fcr die Schulentwicklung, die innerhalb abgesteckter Zeitkorridore umgesetzt werden. Der Schulleitung ist es sehr wichtig, Ideen und Anregungen aus dem Kollegium aufzugreifen und Zeit und Raum f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der Schulentwicklungsprozesse bereitzustellen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus informieren alle am Pascal-Gymnasium arbeitenden Steuergruppen das Kollegium fortdauernd \u00fcber geplante Innovationsprozesse; die notwendigen Umsetzungsschritte werden in den Schulmitwirkungsorganen vorab zur Diskussion gestellt, um schlie\u00dflich professionell und zielf\u00fchrend umgesetzt werden zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind Ihre Meilensteine hin zu einer Schule der Zukunft? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Meilensteine f\u00fcr unsere Schulentwicklungsprozesse liegen vor allem in der Installation und nachhaltigen Nutzung des Lernmanagementsystems \u201cLogineo LMS NRW\u201d.
