Was zeichnet ihre Schule besonders aus? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie wahrscheinlich an allen anderen Schulen zeichnet sich unsere Schule durch Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit aus. Au\u00dferdem arbeiten wir in Teams. Dadurch gibt es ohnehin schon eine gro\u00dfe Bereitschaft und Notwendigkeit zum Austausch und zur Kommunikation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind Ihre Meilensteine hin zu einer Schule der Zukunft? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Digitalpakt hat vieles angesto\u00dfen. Die Erarbeitung des Medienkonzeptes f\u00fchrte zu grunds\u00e4tzlichen \u00dcberlegungen zur Digitalisierung. Die Anschaffung von Active Board, wlan, Notebooks f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler*innen (12 St\u00fcck) und die iPads f\u00fcr die Lehrkr\u00e4fte brachte uns Schritte weiter. Es gibt noch Restmittel, wo sich wieder eine Diskussion entwickelt, in welche Richtung jetzt gedacht werden soll. Ein zweites Active Board, weitere Notebooks f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler oder Tabletts? Au\u00dferdem kann jede*r Kolleg*in individuellen Schwerpunkt setzen. Aber es gibt auch Nachteile. Durch die digitalen Fortbildungen wird der individuelle Zeitaufwand h\u00f6her. Ich mache die Fortbildungen neben meiner Unterrichtst\u00e4tigkeit. Es gab finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung und viele Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote. Das muss bleiben und weitergehen. Es wird unbedingt ein weiterer Digitalpakt gebraucht. Die Ausstattung an unserer Schule ist l\u00e4ngst noch nicht gut. Aber es muss auch in personelle Ressourcen investiert werden. Wenn eine T\u00fcr kaputt geht, repariert sie bei uns der Hausmeister mit handwerklichem Geschick. Funktioniert etwas im digitalen Bereich nicht, wurschteln wir interessierte Laien herum.
