Das Gr\u00fcndungsteam bestehend aus Theresa, Diana und Philipp hatte zuvor schon viele Lehrkr\u00e4fte-Fortbildungen und Workshops angeboten. Nach vielen Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltungen mit langen Fahrtzeiten quer durch Deutschland war schnell klar: eine digitale L\u00f6sung muss her. So war die Idee von einer Online-Lernplattform f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte geboren. Die eigenen Sparb\u00fccher gepl\u00fcndert und damit ein eigenes Unternehmen gegr\u00fcndet, um die digitale Bildung in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Mit einer kleinen F\u00f6rderung konnte das Gr\u00fcndungs-Trio dann noch schnell Frederik als CTO mit an Bord holen, der nun auch Gesellschafter ist. Irgendwann konnten Mitarbeiter*innen eingestellt werden, dann gab es das erste eigene B\u00fcro und immer engagierte Lehrkr\u00e4fte, die auf fobizz ihr Wissen mit Kolleg*innen teilen wollten. Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt haben sich Plattform, Inhalte und Team weiterentwickelt. Es gab immer mehr begeisterte Lehrkr\u00e4fte, so dass sich ganze Schulen, Schultr\u00e4ger oder auch Bundesl\u00e4nder entschieden haben, ihre Lehrkr\u00e4fte mit fobizz weiterzubilden. tausend Schulen fobizz und bilden sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig fort. In diesem Jahr haben wir besonders flei\u00dfige Schulen auch mit dem Siegel der fobizz-Schule ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber 150 Fortbildungen, mehr als 150 Autor*innen und Referent*innen, w\u00f6chentliche Live-Webinare, Zusatzqualifikationen und ein Schulentwicklungsprogramm \u2013 da stehen wir im Jahr 2022. Wir glauben an Weiterbildung von Lehrkr\u00e4ften f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte. Authentisch. Praxisnah. Auf Augenh\u00f6he. Die Weitergabe von Wissen, Austausch von Erfahrungen und Ideen, eine positive Fehlerkultur und dem Willen, sich weiterzuentwickeln. Unser Anspruch ist, dass keine Lehrkraft aus einer Weiterbildung herausgeht und das Gelernte nicht sofort umsetzen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Jede 4. Lehrkraft in Deutschland nutzt bereits fobizz \u2013 damit haben wir mit digitalen Weiterbildungen den Unterricht von \u00fcber 5 Mio. Sch\u00fcler*innen gepr\u00e4gt, die davon sicher profitieren.
