Jede Schule und jede Schulfamilie ist anders. Es gibt gewisse Prozesszutaten und Qualit\u00e4tszirkel (Ist-Analyse, Ressourcen, Evaluation usw.), aber letztlich sind Prozessverl\u00e4ufe ganz individuell. Sich in kleinen Schritten, iterativ, mit regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Reviews der Vision zu n\u00e4hern, macht sie greifbarer (vgl. Sinek, Start with why). Und wenn man das WARUM (Motivation, Werte) gekl\u00e4rt hat, kommt man leichter zum WIE (Vorgehen, Umsetzung) und WAS (L\u00f6sung, Ergebnis).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><footer class=\"entry-footer\"><\/footer><\/article><div class=\"iconlist-timeline\"><\/div><\/li>\n<li><div class='iconlist_icon av-l6bpynfq-b8cd036ac3869e2fdea5266b1b52345d avia-font-entypo-fontello avia-iconfont avia-font-entypo-fontello'><span class='av-icon-char' data-av_icon='\ue83c' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><\/div><article class=\"article-icon-entry \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class=\"iconlist_content_wrap\"><header class=\"entry-content-header\" aria-label=\"Icon: \"><\/header><div class='iconlist_content '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Kommunikation<\/strong> ist komplex! Wem sagen wir das?! Sprache, Gestik, Mimik, Kleidung, bewusst &#8211; unbewusst. Und was wir denken &amp; f\u00fchlen, ist nicht unbedingt das, was wir gut in Worte fassen k\u00f6nnen und was andere davon wirklich verstehen. Je genauer man jemanden kennt, desto besser kann man ihn auch verstehen. Es lohnt sich also immer, das eigene Kollegium \u201erichtig\u201c kennenzulernen und ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu entwickeln, wie man zusammenarbeiten und kommunizieren m\u00f6chte. Daher, am besten immer erst mit dem WAS starten: Ziele definieren, TO DOs daf\u00fcr sammeln und clustern. Dann folgt das bis WANN: Reihenfolge\/Prios und Zeitfenster festlegen. Hiernach findet sich auch schneller das WER &amp; mit WEM: Wer hat den Hut auf und wer hilft mit. Das WARUM sollte klar sein: Jeder wei\u00df, warum das TO DO wichtig ist. Ein gemeines Commitment auf das WIE ist super sinnvoll: z.B. vereinbaren, wie kommuniziert und dokumentiert wird. Sie regen Interesse und Neugier an. Sie sind ein Medium, durch das Probleme aufgezeigt und L\u00f6sungen gefunden werden. Sie sind Wurzel pers\u00f6nlicher und gesellschaftlicher Ver\u00e4nderungen. Und es gilt: Das Auftreten von Konflikten ist nicht das Problem, sondern wie wir mit Konflikten umgehen. Das hei\u00dft, jeder von uns hat mehr Einfluss auf den Verlauf von Konflikten, als man denkt. Aus diesen Runden kamen die Teilnehmenden immer sehr motiviert heraus, was wirklich toll war!<\/p>\n<p>Nach der gemeinsamen Modulphase haben sich die Teilnehmenden ihren eigenen <strong>Schulentwicklungsprojekten<\/strong> gewidmet und diese so ausgearbeitet, dass sie im neuen Schuljahr direkt in die Umsetzung oder zur Abstimmung in die Gesamtkonferenz gehen k\u00f6nnen. Und je l\u00e4nger unsere fobizz Zusatzqualifikation dauerte, desto besser versteht man, wie wahnsinnig komplex und anspruchsvoll die Arbeit im Bereich Schulleitung ist. Und wie \u00fcberall im Bildungsbereich gilt auch hier: Darauf wird man wenig VORbereitet und leider auch viel zu wenig BEgleitet.
