Agilit\u00e4t ist also die Antwort auf sich immer schnellere ver\u00e4ndernde Zeiten und Anforderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Scrum ist ein agiles sogenanntes Framework, ein Rahmenwerk, welches urspr\u00fcnglich aus der Softwarebranche kommt. Es bringt Teams dazu, sehr konkret und zielgerichtet in sich wiederholenden Sprints zusammenzuarbeiten. Die Besonderheit bei Scrum ist aber sicherlich, dass die Teams h\u00f6chstm\u00f6glich autark und selbstbestimmt arbeiten. Scrum ist \u00fcbersichtlich und konkret. Und es bietet jedem die M\u00f6glichkeit, seine Skills f\u00fcr das 21. Hast du eigene Erfahrungen gesammelt? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Einer der agilen Werte ist Courage \u2013 Mut. Du betrittst neues Terrain, wenn du Scrum im Unterricht einsetzt. Wenn du aber ein offenes Mindset hast und die Wichtigkeit neuer Bildungsformate erkannt hast, dann wirst du Scrum sehr gut finden. Scrum l\u00e4sst sich in jedem Unterricht integrieren, alles, was du brauchst, ist die Courage, eine gute Vorbereitung und Zeit. Wenn man erkannt hat, dass die 6C nach Michael Fullan (Creativity, Collaboration, Critical thinking, Communication, Citizenship &amp; Character) die Zukunftskompetenzen sind und wir die Ausbildung dieser Kompetenzen mit Scrum unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, dann wird man Scrum sehr gerne einsetzen und sich die entsprechende Zeit f\u00fcr die Implementierung nehmen. Ich habe nat\u00fcrlich selbst Erfahrungen mit Scrum gesammelt, unter anderem im Fach Technik. Das Zielprodukt der Klasse 9 war die Erstellung eines E-Book zum Thema Elektronik. Agil zu sein bedeutet nicht weniger als eine Denkweise zu haben, mit der du in der Lage bist, dich neuen Situationen anzupassen. Es bedeutet in der Lage zu sein, sich selbstbewusst und professionell einer sich schnell ver\u00e4ndernden komplexen Welt und den damit verbundenen Herausforderungen stellen zu k\u00f6nnen. Agile Methoden haben viel mit Vertrauen in die Sch\u00fcler:innen zu tun. Wir schaffen R\u00e4ume, in denen junge Menschen selbstbestimmt und kreativ lernen, Herausforderungen auf ihre eigene Art zu l\u00f6sen. Das hat viel mit Zutrauen in die Sch\u00fcler:innen zu tun, somit auch sehr viel mit meiner eigenen Haltung. Der Tipp ist also: Mach dich auf den Weg, hab einen offenen Geist.
