Kannst du kurz erkl\u00e4ren, warum das Thema f\u00fcr dich wichtig ist?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kristina Stelze<\/strong>: Im stressigen Schulalltag verliert man schnell den \u00dcberblick, warum man etwas tut oder auch tun muss. Wenn die ToDo-Liste immer l\u00e4nger wird, helfen klare Ziele und die Einteilung in Projekte, um diese Ziele zu erreichen und um nicht den Faden zu verlieren. Ziele sind aber nicht nur hilfreich f\u00fcr die Struktur, sondern bringen uns nat\u00fcrlich auch einen gro\u00dfen Schritt weiter! Ich finde es sehr befreiend, wenn ich am Ende eines Projektes sagen kann: \u201cSo, das hast du erreicht, das ist abgehakt.\u201d Dann darf man sich auch mal selbst auf die Schulter klopfen. Die Motivation spielt dabei nat\u00fcrlich eine zentrale Rolle. Wer kennt nicht die ber\u00fcchtigten Motivationsl\u00f6cher?! Dabei eine Balance zwischen \u201cfremdbestimmten\u201d und eigenen Zielen zu setzen, finde ich dabei besonders wichtig. Schon w\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums widmete sie sich der Lehrkr\u00e4fteprofessionalisierung. Nach einer Anstellung an der Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin, arbeitete sie in einer Bildungsstiftung als sprachwissenschaftliche Fortbildungskoordinatorin. Aktuell ist sie an der Leibniz-Universit\u00e4t Hannover als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Bereich Sprachliche Bildung besch\u00e4ftigt. Dort forscht und arbeitet Kristina im Rahmen eines Projektes zur (digitalen) Lese- und Schreibf\u00f6rderung in der Grundschule. Immer wieder tauchen Fragen nach und zu digitalen Methoden und Unterst\u00fctzungsstrategien auf, weshalb sich Kristina mit innovativen Ideen zur Unterst\u00fctzung durch digitale Tools auseinandersetzt &#8211; privat und beruflich.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
