Was macht f\u00fcr euch gute Schulentwicklung aus? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Till<\/strong>: Ui, &#8222;gute&#8220; Schulentwicklung, direkt eine toughe Frage zu Beginn. Okay, gehen wir es an.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Dinge, die uns spontan als grunds\u00e4tzlich &#8211; in der Realit\u00e4t dennoch als nicht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich &#8211; erscheinen:<\/p>\n<p>Wenn sich etwas proaktiv und bewusst entwickelt, sich etwas positiv ver\u00e4ndert, ist das ja per se schon &#8222;gut&#8220;. Schulgemeinschaften leiden vor allem an Prozessen, die keine Ver\u00e4nderung bewirken, in denen nur gesprochen wird. &#8222;Gute&#8220; Schulentwicklung ver\u00e4ndert sichtbar, bewirkt etwas, sie macht einen relevanten Unterschied.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich mich &#8211; v\u00f6llig egal, ob ich Kolleg*in, Sch\u00fcler*in oder Elternteil bin &#8211; an Prozessen beteiligt f\u00fchle, das &#8222;warum&#8220; verstehe, erkenne, dass und wie ich einen Beitrag leisten kann, und mich sicher f\u00fchle, mein Empfinden, meine Eindr\u00fccke und meine Ideen wirklich ehrlich mitteilen kann. &#8222;Gute&#8220; Schulentwicklung ist transparent und vermeidet so Gemunkel, implizite (!) Erwartungen oder Bef\u00fcrchtungen. So kommen alle Beteiligten &#8222;sicher&#8220; aus der Komfortzone in die Wachstumszone.<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00fcr?<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Gute&#8220; Schulentwicklung macht Spa\u00df! Wie der Spa\u00df jetzt genau aussieht und sich ausspielt, daf\u00fcr gibt es so viele Zutaten und Rezepte wie es Schulen gibt. Wichtig ist hinzuschauen: haben wir (genug) Spa\u00df?<\/p>\n<p>Kurzum: Gute Schulentwicklung vermittelt den Beteiligten Sinn und die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich wirksam zu f\u00fchlen &#8211; und das wirkt direkt auf unsere eigene Resilienz. Schulentwicklung taucht oft in einem Atemzug mit &#8222;mehr Arbeit&#8220; auf. Und na klar, beim Blick auf die Uhr wird man feststellen, das man mit Schulentwicklung Zeit verbringt. Gute Schulentwicklung macht diese Zeit wertvoll und gibt Energie an die zur\u00fcck, die sich an ihr beteiligen. Wir haben den Titel mit einigen &#8222;Testpersonen&#8220; geteilt und wurden sogar schon gefragt, ob sich genau diese beiden Aspekte nicht sogar widersprechen: agil UND nachhaltig, wie geht das zusammen?<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben in unseren Biografien diese beiden Elemente als zwei Seiten einer Medaille erlebt. Agil hei\u00dft (u.a.) f\u00fcr uns: sich einlassen, auf das was ist, auf die beteiligten Menschen, was sie umtreibt, was sie ben\u00f6tigen und wovon sie tr\u00e4umen. Einlassen auf den Kontext: was zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt notwendig UND leistbar ist. Einlassen auf Umwege. Positive Ver\u00e4nderungen, die auf diese Art entstehen, sind authentische L\u00f6sungen der Gemeinschaft vor Ort. Sie werden von den Beteiligten getragen, sie empfinden &#8222;Ownership&#8220; daf\u00fcr. Und das macht ihre Wirkung nachhaltig &#8211; dass mit dem Erreichen eines Meilensteins eben nicht pl\u00f6tzlich Schluss ist, sondern langfristig weiter gestaltet wird &#8211; von Was hei\u00dft das genau?<\/p>\n<p>In uns allen regen sich ganz nat\u00fcrliche &#8211; menschliche &#8211; Tendenzen, wenn wir komplexen Situationen und Ver\u00e4nderungen ausgesetzt sind. Einige dieser Reaktionen sind f\u00fcr Innovation in der Tat kontraproduktiv. Ein Beispiel? Das Digi-Team an einer weiterf\u00fchrenden Schule ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass eine 1:1-Tablet-Ausstattung f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler*innen schlicht und ergreifend zeitgem\u00e4\u00df ist. Gl\u00fccklicherweise hat sich eine Finanzierungsquelle aufgetan und so wird die Entscheidungsvorlage in der Gesamtkonferenz pr\u00e4sentiert. Zwar wird die Anschaffung beschlossen, um die Finanzierungschance nicht zu vertun, dennoch hat sich ein beachtlicher Anteil der Lehrkr\u00e4fte gegen eine verbindliche Nutzung ausgesprochen. Das motivierte Team f\u00fchlt sich wenig best\u00e4rkt und nun gehemmt, das Projekt auszurollen. Alles dreht sich pl\u00f6tzlich um das Widerlegen der &#8211; teils laut &#8211; ge\u00e4u\u00dferten Einw\u00e4nde. Die Schulgemeinschaft beginnt, sich an ihnen zu orientieren und versinkt im &#8222;f\u00fcr und wider&#8220;, aus dem es scheinbar keinen Ausweg gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Design Thinking l\u00e4dt uns dazu ein, eine Gestaltungsaufgabe in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen (daher kommt der Begriff &#8222;Design-Challenge&#8220;). Diese ist oft eine konkrete Herausforderung, ein Problem oder auch eine Vision, die aktuelle Relevanz erf\u00e4hrt. So w\u00fcrde das Digi-Team aus unserem Beispiel vielleicht formulieren &#8222;Wie k\u00f6nnen wir Sch\u00fcler*innen fit machen f\u00fcr eigenverantwortliches Handeln in der Digitalit\u00e4t?&#8220; und zur L\u00f6sungsfindung alle beteiligen. Mehrere Ideen kommen auf, die ausprobiert werden wollen &#8211; wof\u00fcr dem Kollegium die Chance auf Finanzierung einer 1:1-Ausstattung sehr gelegen kommt. Jetzt steht das Ausprobieren im Vordergrund und das Beobachten der Wirkung auf Sch\u00fcler*innen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beispiel zeigt (zugegeben, vereinfacht ;-)), wie Design Thinking praktische Werkzeuge mit Einsichten in unsere menschliche Natur verbindet.
