In meiner Erfahrung entlastet eine gute Organisation den Schulalltag aber sehr und Gewohnheiten k\u00f6nnen dabei helfen.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei ist Organisation kein Zauberwerk, sondern einfach nur eine Mischung aus guter Planung und sinnvollen Gewohnheiten. Ich beschreibe im Folgenden also meine pers\u00f6nlichen Tipps und Tricks als Anregung f\u00fcr dich. Betrachte diese \u00dcbersichten regelm\u00e4\u00dfig.<br \/>\nNotiere vor Beginn des Schuljahres die Schultage, Ferientermine und wichtige Termine in der Schule. Neben der Monatsplanung in meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/digitaler-schulkalender-2022-2023\/\">digitalen Schulkalender<\/a> nutze ich gerne auch einen Jahreskalender als Plakat f\u00fcr mein Arbeitszimmer, den ich sofort im Blick habe.<br \/>\nZu Beginn eines Quartals, eines Monats oder einer Woche hilft es mir, alle Termine und Aufgaben noch einmal in den Blick zu nehmen und zu sortieren. Ich sortiere mir diese in meinem Kalender und notiere sie dann auch auf einem Whiteboard im Arbeitszimmer als st\u00e4ndige visualisierte Erinnerung.<br \/>\nNutze f\u00fcr wichtige Termine oder Aufgaben die Erinnerungsfunktion in deiner Kalenderapp oder in anderen Apps wie z.B. den Erinnerungen bei Apple.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Ob im Arbeitszimmer, deinem E-Mail-Postfach, deinen Ger\u00e4ten oder im Klassenzimmer: Eine sinnvolle Struktur hilft, den Alltag zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Struktur im Arbeitszimmer:<\/strong> Egal ob du Ordner, H\u00e4ngeregister oder Schubladen nutzt \u2013 alle Materialien in deinem Arbeitszimmer sollten einen festen Platz haben. Daneben empfehle ich einen Ablageort, an dem du Material, das einsortiert werden muss, ablegen kannst. Der Schreibtisch sollte NICHT dieser Ort sein. Wer es braucht, legt sich eine Schublade an, f\u00fcr alles, was keinen Ort hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Struktur im E-Mail-Postfach:<\/strong> Nichts kostet mehr Zeit, als eine Information in einer E-Mail in einem vollen Postfach zu suchen, deshalb nutze ich Ordner, um die E-Mails nach Klassen, Fachgruppen oder Inhalten zu sortieren. Zus\u00e4tzlich hilft es, Markierungsoptionen zu nutzen, um dringende Mails weiterhin im Blick zu behalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Struktur in der Schultasche:<\/strong> Meine Schultasche wird zwar immer papierloser, aber ganz ohne geht es nicht. Ich nutze deshalb eine F\u00e4chermappe, in der jede Klasse 2 bis 3 F\u00e4cher hat. Im ersten Fach liegt die Klassenliste und mein Lehrermaterial, in den anderen die notwendigen Kopien oder Materialien f\u00fcr die aktuelle Woche. F\u00fcr die Klassenleitung ist vor der entsprechenden Klasse ein Fach mehr, in der ich Entschuldigungen usw. sammle. Mittlerweile bliebt diese Mappe fast immer in der Schule, weil ich sie durch meine digitale Planung zu Hause nicht mehr brauche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Struktur im Klassenzimmer:<\/strong> Ich bin sehr gerne Klassenleitung, gestalte mit Freude den Klassenraum und gebe ihm eine Grundstruktur. Dabei ist es mir wichtig, dass alle wichtigen Informationen f\u00fcr mich und die Sch\u00fcler*innen gut sichtbar visualisiert werden. Dabei m\u00fcssen sowohl Termine als auch der Umfang von Aufgaben sowie die eigene Zeit verwaltet werden. In dieser Rechnung sollte die Selbstf\u00fcrsorge immer ein Faktor sein \u2013 insbesondere in sehr stressigen Zeiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gamechanger:<\/strong> Alle kleinen Aufgaben (insbesondere E-Mails), die 5 bis 15 Minuten nicht \u00fcberschreiten, erledige ich SOFORT oder sehr zeitnah. So sammeln sich nicht so viele Aufgaben auf der To-Do-Liste und man kommt nie in die Verlegenheit, die Letzte bei der Abgabe zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Diese erste Regel stammt aus dem <strong>Pareto-Prinzip<\/strong>, das dir bei der Priorisierung der Aufgaben helfen kann. Dabei erstellst du eine To-Do-Liste mit allen anstehenden Aufgaben mit Umfang und Wichtigkeit. Arbeite dann erst einige der wichtigen kleinen Aufgaben ab, da du so schon dein erstes Erfolgserlebnis hast. Danach startest du mit einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen wichtigen Aufgabe, die nur von dir erledigt werden kann, und konzentrierst dich hier erstmal auf das Wesentliche. Jede Optimierung und alle Detailarbeit machst du nur, wenn du wirklich Zeit daf\u00fcr hast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achtung:<\/strong> Nicht alle Erwartungen, die als dringend an dich im Alltag herangetragen werden, sind es auch. Das gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr die Mails, die uns aufregen. NIEMALS haben diese so viele Priorit\u00e4t, dass du sie gleich beantworten musst. Im Gegenteil, du solltest gerade diese Mails mindestens einen Tag liegen lassen, bevor du darauf antwortest. Au\u00dferdem befreien dich Gewohnheiten von der gedanklichen Last, bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Aufgaben jedes Mal neu planen und \u00fcberlegen zu m\u00fcssen.<br \/>\nEs gibt sehr viele <strong>Routineaufgaben<\/strong>, f\u00fcr die ich einen festen Rhythmus und einen festen Ablauf habe. So bearbeite ich Mails einmal am Tag und ordne sie dann in die passenden Ordner oder markiere sie, weil sie sp\u00e4ter wichtig sind. Einmal in der Woche sortiere ich meine F\u00e4chermappe aus und ordne die neuen Materialien ein. Diese Liste l\u00e4sst sich beliebig erweitern und auch das Ausmisten sollte eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Aufgabe sein. Besonders gerne nutze ich Freistunden oder Wartezeiten f\u00fcr kleine Routineaufgaben.<\/p>\n<p>Meine<strong> letzte Aufgabe an einem Arbeitstag<\/strong> ist immer der Blick auf den n\u00e4chsten Tag mit seinen Stunden und Aufgaben und das Packen meiner Schultasche. Aufgaben, die ich w\u00e4hrend des n\u00e4chsten Tages erledigen muss, notiere ich mir in einer To-Do-Liste in meinem Planer.<br \/>\nIch bin ein visueller Mensch und mir helfen Visualisierungen in meinem Arbeitszimmer, weil sie f\u00fcr mich einen schnellen \u00dcberblick erm\u00f6glichen und somit Zeit ersparen. Auf meinem Whiteboard sind deshalb die Aufgaben des n\u00e4chsten Monats &#8211; nach Bereichen sortiert &#8211; immer f\u00fcr mich sichtbar. Zum Anfang des Monats erneuere ich das Board, im Laufe des Monats hake ich Aufgaben ab oder erg\u00e4nze Aufgaben. So sehe ich auch, was ich geleistet habe.<\/p>\n<p>In meinem Kopf \u00fcberschlagen sich Aufgaben, Ideen und Gedanken so manches Mal, deshalb hilft es mir, grunds\u00e4tzlich <strong>ALLES aus meinem Kopf herauszuschreiben<\/strong> und meinen Kopf von diesen Gedanken zu befreien. Daf\u00fcr habe ich immer &#8211; je nach Thema und Aufgabe &#8211; unterschiedliche Notizzettel bzw. Notizhefte, To-Do-Listen oder Ideensammlungen. Damit ich hier nicht den \u00dcberblick verliere, gibt es f\u00fcr alle Themen EINEN festen digitalen Platz. Nur die To-Do-Liste f\u00fcr den Tag liegt oft analog auf dem Schreibtisch zur Visualisierung.<\/p>\n<p>Ich <strong>plane meist langfristig<\/strong> und selten nur eine Doppelstunde, sondern immer gleich mehrere Stunden, denn so muss ich mich nur einmal eindenken und nicht jedes Mal wieder. Es lohnt sich in meinen Augen, sich abzugew\u00f6hnen, kurzfristig von Tag zu Tag zu planen. Fr\u00fchzeitiges Planen erspart nervige Abendschichten und das rechtzeitige Kopieren verhindert Stress bei Problemen wie kaputten Druckern. Im digitalen Schulplaner verdeutliche ich mir das in der Woche dadurch, dass ich jeweils das Thema der Stunde eintrage, den ersten Haken f\u00fcr die fertige Planung und den zweiten Haken f\u00fcr fertiges Material setze. In diesen Zeiten ist es sinnvoll, den Blick immer nur auf die n\u00e4chste Aufgabe zu richten und sich darauf zu konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umso komplexer<\/strong> die Aufgaben in einem Monat oder in einer Woche sind, umso <strong>kleinschrittiger solltest du planen<\/strong>, um dich nicht zu \u00fcberfordern und zu demotivieren. Nimm dann lieber immer nur den n\u00e4chsten Tag mit seinen Aufgaben in den Blick.<\/p>\n<p>Desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer Aufgaben sind, umso schwieriger erscheinen sie, weil wir ihren Umfang nicht einsch\u00e4tzen k\u00f6nnen. Mir hilft in diesen F\u00e4llen das <strong>Unterteilen der gro\u00dfen Aufgaben in verschiedene Bereiche<\/strong> und kleine Teilaufgaben. So taste ich mich an gro\u00dfe Aufgaben heran. Dazu nutze ich gerne To-Do-Listen mit Unteraufgaben (z.B. Erinnerungen) oder visuelle Methoden wie bei den Korrekturen, bei denen ich im Schulplaner die Sticker f\u00fcr Korrekturen nutze.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich gro\u00dfe Projekte im Unterricht oder der Schule plane, dann gehe ich \u00e4hnlich vor. Ich teile das Projekt in einzelne Schritte ein, deren Umfang ich besser einsch\u00e4tzen kann, und erstelle eine Zeitleiste mit Puffer zum Endtermin hin. Zus\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen <strong>Fortbildungen<\/strong> und Weiterbildungen eine gute Erg\u00e4nzung sein.<br \/>\nDurch das #twlz und eine Kollegin bin ich noch einmal bewusst auf die Option gesto\u00dfen, mit Tags die eigenen Dateien \u00fcber Ordner hinaus sortier- und damit auch suchbar zu machen.
