itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Letzte Woche sind wir gestartet: 6 Wochen mit Schulleitungsteams aus 13 verschiedenen Bundesl\u00e4ndern! Und unsere erste Session sah so aus:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd29 \ud835\udc7d\ud835\udc8a\ud835\udc94\ud835\udc8a\ud835\udc90\ud835\udc8f: Stell dir vor, \u00fcber Nacht ist ein Wunder geschehen. Eine Fee hat deinen Traum von Schule wahr werden lassen. Du kommst morgens in die Schule. Woran merkst du, dass das Wunder geschehen ist? Was siehst und h\u00f6rst du? Was f\u00fchlst du? &#8211; Es war super spannend, welche gro\u00dfartigen Vorstellungen und W\u00fcnsche in den K\u00f6pfen der Schulleitungsteams steckten.<\/p>\n<p>\u2049\ufe0f\ud835\udc68\ud835\udc8f\ud835\udc87\ud835\udc90\ud835\udc93\ud835\udc85\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc93\ud835\udc96\ud835\udc8f\ud835\udc88\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc8f: Auf einer Stacey Map konnten die Teams einordnen, wie sie die Anforderungen (Was?) an ihrer Schule und deren Umsetzung (Wie?) einsch\u00e4tzen. Das Ergebnis findet ihr im Titelbild.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd39\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f \ud835\udc68\ud835\udc88\ud835\udc8a\ud835\udc8d\ud835\udc86 \ud835\udc74\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc95\ud835\udc89\ud835\udc90\ud835\udc85\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc8f: Mit Blick auf das agile Manifest, die Werte und Prinzipien, haben wir gemeinsam \u00fcberlegt, wo das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Potenzial f\u00fcr die Schulentwicklung steckt. Ergebnis: Selbstorganisation, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Reflexion im Team und eine Teilnehmerin meinte \u201eDas gro\u00dfe Visionen m\u00f6glich und notwendig sind, aber in kleine Schritte unterteilt werden m\u00fcssen, und diese schnell in die Versuchsphase gehen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nach einem Blick auf die n\u00e4chsten Stationen unserer Innovationsreise lautete die Abschlussfrage: Was hat der Auftakt mit dir gemacht? Und da sprangen uns die gro\u00dfen Post-Its mit \u201eMotivation\u201c, \u201eMindset (\u00fcberdenken)\u201c und \u201eDer Austausch hier ist Bombe!\u201c auf dem Miro entgegen.<\/p>\n<p>Am Dienstag geht es weiter.
