Entwicklung an sich bedeutet f\u00fcr mich stets neugierig sein, mutig Wege auszuprobieren und beim Scheitern das sprichw\u00f6rtliche Kr\u00f6nchen zu richten, aufzustehen und neue Wege zu suchen, die vielleicht besser zum Ziel f\u00fchren. Nicht nur in den vielen Arbeitsgruppen, die sich um BNE, Digitalisierung, Sportfreundlichkeit, Demokratieerziehung, Schulhausgestaltung oder Unterrichtsentwicklung bem\u00fchen und k\u00fcmmern, sondern in jeder kleinen Idee, die insbesondere von Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern an uns Lehrkr\u00e4fte herangetragen werden. Insbesondere im Projektfach \u201eLeben lernen\u201c wird nicht nur an der Entwicklung von Schule, sondern den F\u00e4higkeiten, Verantwortung f\u00fcr das eigene Leben und die Gesellschaft zu \u00fcbernehmen. Wir brauchen dringend einen Austausch mit der Gesellschaft. Was sind eigentlich diese Herausforderungen der Zukunft und die Anspr\u00fcche des \u201eechten Lebens\u201c? Wirtschaft, Verwaltung, Industrie, Handwerk, Verb\u00e4nde, jung und alt &#8211; wir m\u00fcssen mehr miteinander ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen und einander zuh\u00f6ren. Die sozialen Netzwerke, Fake News, Deepfake, all das ver\u00e4ndert uns mehr, als wir wahrhaben wollen. Hier muss ein Fokus gesetzt werden. Schulentwicklung bedeutet die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit der Gesellschaft, die auf Kolloboration, Partizipation und Gemeinschaft ausgelegt sein wird, zu sichern.
