Und damit tun sich alle immer unheimlich schwer. Was kann dabei helfen, den Kopf zu \u00f6ffnen\u2753<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb \ud835\udc68\ud835\udc8f\ud835\udc85\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc93\ud835\udc86 \ud835\udc7a\ud835\udc84\ud835\udc89\ud835\udc96\ud835\udc8d\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc8f \ud835\udc83\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc94\ud835\udc96\ud835\udc84\ud835\udc89\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc8f, das \u201ck\u00fchnste\u201d Beispiel, das man dort findet, mitnehmen und eine L\u00f6sung entwickeln, die zu der eigenen Schule passt.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb \ud835\udc76\ud835\udc96\ud835\udc95 \ud835\udc90\ud835\udc87 \ud835\udc95\ud835\udc89\ud835\udc86 folgenden Regeln:<br \/>\n&#8211; Quantit\u00e4t vor Qualit\u00e4t<br \/>\n&#8211; Je radikaler, desto besser!<br \/>\n&#8211; Es gibt keine Kritik oder schlechte Ideen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kein \u201cJa, aber\u201d, sondern ein \u201cJa, und\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb Und, die Favoriten-Methode: \ud835\udc70\ud835\udc95\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc8e\ud835\udc8a\ud835\udc9b\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc85 \ud835\udc79\ud835\udc86\ud835\udc94\ud835\udc91\ud835\udc90\ud835\udc8f\ud835\udc94\ud835\udc86<br \/>\nUm besonders mutigen Ideen eine Chance zu geben:<br \/>\n&#8211; Vorteile der Idee auflisten<br \/>\n&#8211; Hindernisse &amp; Bedenken sammeln<br \/>\n&#8211; Je eine neue Idee, wie man Hindernis &amp; Bedenken \u00fcberwinden kann<br \/>\n&#8211; Urspr\u00fcngliche und neue Ideen kombinieren, modifizieren und zu einer praktikablen L\u00f6sung kommen (70-80% reichen!)<\/p>\n<p>Unseren Schulleitungsteams haben diese Methoden geholfen, Hindernisse als eine Chance zu neuen L\u00f6sungen zu betrachten und mutige Ideen zu entwickeln!<br \/>\nUnd unsere
