Beispiel: Wie wird das Lernen wahrgenommen? Problem: Wie k\u00f6nnen wir die Motivation erh\u00f6hen? Vision: Wie f\u00f6rdern wir selbstbestimmtes Lernen?<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcac Feedback, \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc24, Feedback einholen bzw. mit viel Empathie in \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc33 gehen durch Tiefeninterviews, Shadowing, Befragung o.\u00e4. Und immer unterscheiden zwischen: Was sagt &amp; tut, was denkst &amp; f\u00fchlt jemand.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc33\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 erm\u00f6glichen, wo es nur geht!<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udec5\ud83c\udffbNicht m\u00fcde werden, \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1d zu sein und andere zu begeistern.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfa8Die Vision ausmalen, ausschm\u00fccken, \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 betreiben, um zu gro\u00dfen Ideen zu kommen.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcab \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e, \ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2b\u00fc\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc24\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1e nicht zerreden, sondern aufnehmen und m\u00f6glich machen. Dabei \ud835\udc07\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27 begreifen, zu neuen L\u00f6sungen zu gelangen.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udee0 Vom Planen und Diskutieren schnell ins \ud835\udc07\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc27 kommen, Fehler zulassen, daraus lernen.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude80 Und last but not least: Es gibt \ud835\udc24\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\u00e4\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc28\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc16\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d!
