Die Umsetzung hingegen verl\u00e4uft sehr schleppend, in manchen Bundesl\u00e4ndern steigt sogar die Anzahl an Sch\u00fcler*innen, die \u201eexklusiv\u201c beschult werden, dabei sollten sich die Schulen doch immer mehr dahingehend entwickeln, eine Schule f\u00fcr ALLE zu werden.<br \/>\nDa wir bei dem Thema meiner Meinung nach unbedingt unseren Blick auf die Kinder und Jugendlichen ver\u00e4ndern m\u00fcssen, um diese noch mehr an ihren St\u00e4rken zu sehen, anstatt ihre Defizite und St\u00f6rungen zu dokumentieren, ist es mir wichtig, den Begriff der <strong>Neurodiversit\u00e4t<\/strong>\u00a0in der Schule zu verbreiten. Ich pers\u00f6nlich bevorzuge den Begriff der Neurodiversit\u00e4t auch in der Schule, da er seinen Fokus auf die \u201eVielfalt\u201c unserer neurologischen F\u00e4hig- und Fertigkeiten legt. Gerade im Bereich der Diagnostik wird meist eher von \u201e<strong>St\u00f6rungen<\/strong>\u201c gesprochen \u2013 dabei wird betont, was nicht geht oder auffallend anders ist. St\u00e4rken von neurodiversen Personen werden kaum in den Vordergrund gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Begriff selbst setzt sich aus den beiden Bausteinen <em>\u201cNeuro\u201d(Nerven)<\/em> und \u201c<em>Diversit\u00e4t\u201d(Vielfalt)<\/em> zusammen. So versteht man unter dem Begriff der Neurodiversit\u00e4t, dass neurobiologische Unterschiede zur Vielfalt der Gesellschaft geh\u00f6ren und nicht in unterschiedliche St\u00f6rungen oder Diagnosen unterteilt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Und wer ist jetzt neurodivers?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Gruppe der Personen, die unter den Begriff \u201eNeurodiversit\u00e4t\u201c fallen ist gro\u00df. Neben den im schulischen Kontext am h\u00e4ufigsten auftretenden Lernenden mit LRS, Dyskalkulie, Autismus, AD(H)S und Depressionen, geh\u00f6ren dazu noch Sch\u00fcler*innen mit Tourette-Syndrom, Entwicklungsverz\u00f6gerungen und unterschiedlichen psychischen Erkrankungen. Der Blick sollte weg von dem Fokus auf St\u00f6rungen, hin zu den individuellen St\u00e4rken gehen. Ganz nach dem Vorbild des Growth Mindset. Sch\u00fcler*innen lernen so, dass sie selbst ihre St\u00e4rken und F\u00e4higkeiten weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen und dass ihre F\u00e4higkeiten und Leistungen von keiner Diagnose begrenzt werden. Fehler werden so als Helfer verstanden und bieten immer eine Chance, sich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Hilfs- und Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote im Unterricht sowie Nachteilsausgleiche wird allerdings eine diagnostizierte \u201eSt\u00f6rung\u201c vorausgesetzt, was nicht selten dem Selbstwert des Kindes schadet. Umso wichtiger ist es, sich zusammen mit dem Kind auf die individuelle St\u00e4rkensuche zu machen. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/fuchskind\/status\/1579845117762228224?s=12&amp;t=9TdR7tYJ1UMH39QEKStTHA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hier<\/a> ein Beispiel der Autorin Daniela Schreiter, die auch empfehlenswerte Graphic Novels zum Thema \u201eAutismus\u201c gezeichnet hat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Struktur vorgeben<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ich plane beispielsweise meinen Unterricht immer so, dass meine Sch\u00fcler*innen bereits zum Wochenstart einsehen k\u00f6nnen, was inhaltlich im Laufe der Woche auf sie zukommen wird. Daf\u00fcr nutze ich unsere Lernplattform und vermerke z.B. auch, wer in Differenzierungsphasen mit wem und an welchem Thema arbeiten wird, und hinterlege das Material. So k\u00f6nnen Sch\u00fcler*innen bereits am Montag die Struktur f\u00fcr die Woche einsehen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Schriftarten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wenn ich f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler*innen digitale oder gedruckte Materialien erstelle, achte ich auf serifenlose Schriftarten. In der Vergangenheit habe ich meist die Schriftart OpenDyslexic, die speziell f\u00fcr Menschen mit Legasthenie entwickelt wurde, verwendet. In der Praxis als auch in der Forschung ist man sich mittlerweile nicht einig, ob sie einen wirklichen Nutzen hat. \u00c4ltere Sch\u00fcler*innen frage ich direkt, was ihnen hilft.\u00a0Solltet ihr Zugriff auf Microsoft Produkte haben, so empfehle ich den <a href=\"https:\/\/plattform.fobizz.com\/fortbildungen\/461-barrierefreier-unterricht-mit-dem-ms-plastischer-reader\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201ePlastischen Reader\u201c,<\/a> dort k\u00f6nnen sich die Sch\u00fcler*innen die Textdarstellung anpassen, sich den Text vorlesen lassen und es ist sogar ein \u00dcbersetzungstool integriert.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Maria Montessori<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jede*r kennt das ber\u00fchmte Zitat von Maria Montessori \u201eHilf\u2018 mir es selbst zu tun.\u201c Nach diesem Leitbild gestalte ich meinen Lernraum, bedenke die Bed\u00fcrfnisse aller Sch\u00fcler*innen, die #mitgedacht zu einer besseren Bildung f\u00fcr alle f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Im Klassenraum<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wenn m\u00f6glich, stelle ich den Sch\u00fcler*innen unterschiedliche Sitzm\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verf\u00fcgung. D.h. sie k\u00f6nnen am Teppich arbeiten, in einer kleinen Leseecke mit Kissen und Decken, und an unterschiedlichen Tischen, die z.B. vor dem Fenster stehen oder sogar in der Ecke, mit Blick gegen die Wand. Je nach Alter bedarf es mehr oder weniger Begleitung bei der Wahl des passenden Arbeitsplatzes. Nach Arbeitsphasen kann hier ein Reflexionsauftrag f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00fcler*innen erfolgen, um die Auswahl des richtigen Arbeitsplatzes gemeinsam zu besprechen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mein Arbeitsplatz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Neben der Wahl des Arbeitsplatzes, ist auch die Ordnung auf selbigen ein Thema. Da das nicht nur in der Schule, sondern auch zuhause relevant ist, habe ich mit meinem Sch\u00fcler*innen eine Challenge zum Aufr\u00e4umen unserer Schreibtische zuhause gemacht. Wir haben exemplarisch meinen chaotischen Schreibtisch angeschaut und besprochen, was helfen w\u00fcrde. Sie haben Fotos von ihren Schreibtischen gezeigt und dann hatten wir alle eine Woche Zeit, um aufzur\u00e4umen. Neben dem Thema \u201eStruktur\u201c, kam hier der Spa\u00df nicht zu kurz. W\u00e4hrend des Distanzunterrichts hatten einige meiner Sch\u00fcler*innen dann ihren aufger\u00e4umten Schreibtisch als Hintergrund \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style
