Und als Ausbilderin habe ich erlebt, dass Lehrkr\u00e4fte Gatekeeper f\u00fcr den Unterricht sind. Ich k\u00f6nnte zahlreiche Beispiele aufz\u00e4hlen. Die Digital Gender Gap Studie belegt das und nennt als eine Ursache beispielsweise, dass Frauen deutlich mehr dazu neigen, ihre digitalen Kompetenzen zu untersch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Worin unterscheiden sich weibliche von m\u00e4nnlichen Perspektiven im Hinblick auf die Bildungstransformation?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kati Ahl:<\/strong> Statistisch betrachtet sind M\u00e4nner digital offener, vielleicht verspielter, probieren Neues einfach aus. Frauen greifen anders zu, indem sie einen sinnvollen Kontext bevorzugen, eine praktische Anwendbarkeit suchen. Ein Beispiel: Im Interview beschreibt der Schulleiter Micha Pallesche, wie bei einem schulweiten Hacker\u00b4s Day mit der Hacker School auffallend mehr Jungen Kurse besuchten, in denen sie einen Roboter zum Bewegen brachten, w\u00e4hrend M\u00e4dchen viel lieber eine Sensbox programmierten, mit der sie Umweltdaten erfassten. Das best\u00e4tigen auch Studien, aber nat\u00fcrlich gilt das nicht f\u00fcr alle Frauen und M\u00e4nner. Es fehlen aber ganz wesentlich auch Erfahrungen, digitale Angebote nicht nur zu konsumieren, sondern sie auch zu gestalten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus fehlt die Perspektive derjenigen, die die Wirkungen von Digitalisierung kritisch hinterfragen. Welche Ethik brauchen wir in der Nutzung von KI, welche Nutzung im Metaverse ist hilfreich und wie gestalten wir die Digitalisierung gemeinsam? Nach dem Dagstuhl-Modell brauchen wir gerade auch die kritischen Fragen nach der Wechselwirkung auf die Gesellschaft, damit wir die Digitalisierung nach unseren Werten gestalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du hast dich in deinem Buch nun sehr intensiv mit dem Thema Frauen und Digitalit\u00e4t besch\u00e4ftigt. Was m\u00f6chtest du Lehrerinnen mit auf den Weg geben? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kati Ahl:<\/strong> Ich m\u00f6chte sowohl Lehrer als auch Lehrerinnen ansprechen: Lehrerinnen m\u00f6chte ich Mut machen, anderen zu zeigen, was sie k\u00f6nnen und Neues auszuprobieren und dabei auch Fehler zu riskieren. \u201cKann ich nicht\u201d, gibt\u00b4s nicht mehr, h\u00f6chstens \u201ckann ich noch nicht, schaue ich mir an\u201d. Lehrerinnen lernen besonders gerne von weiblichen Vorbildern. Das bedeutet, wir brauchen mehr B\u00fchne f\u00fcr digital affine Kolleginnen und mehr M\u00e4nner, die sie dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sie vorgehen lassen, weil sie um die Strahlkraft weiblicher Vorbilder wissen. Wir brauchen auch mehr Mentorinnen und gemischte Teams f\u00fcr Digitalisierung an Schulen.
