Aber was steckt eigentlich dahinter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kirsten Brandt:<\/strong> Der Begriff des Growth Mindset kann als Wachstumsdenken \u00fcbersetzt werden. Er geht auf die Forschung von Prof. Carol Dweck zur\u00fcck, die verschiedene Arten von Mindsets erforscht hat. Dweck unterschied dabei das dynamische Selbstbild (Growth Mindset) und das statische Selbstbild (Fixed Mindset) und zwar schon in den 1970er Jahren. Das ist nicht erst seit der Hattie-Studie bekannt. Carol Dweck belegt in ihrer Forschung, dass die Haltung der Lehrkr\u00e4fte sogar eine Auswirkung auf Testergebnisse und Noten von Sch\u00fcler:innen hat. Denn wenn wir ein starkes Fixed Mindset haben, dann werden wir alles (meistens unbewusst) daf\u00fcr tun, dass sich unsere Erwartungen erf\u00fcllen. Unser Mindset wird seit der Kindheit gepr\u00e4gt und wenn wir ein Fixed Mindset etabliert haben, dann glauben wir, dass Talent und Intelligenz angeboren sind. Hier k\u00f6nnen wir mit Hilfe der Schritte unser Mindset in der jeweiligen Situation hinterfragen und das Fixed Mindset \u201centlarven\u201d.
