Dies ist lediglich \u201cdas Einsetzen k\u00f6nnen\u201d von Medien. Vielmehr ver\u00e4ndert sich Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Privatleben drastisch durch den Einfluss von Digitalisierung. Dies beinhaltet nicht nur die Anwendungskompetenz von Medien, sondern auch die Reflektion- und Lebenskompetenz mit Medien. Wie erkenne ich beispielsweise Fake News und was kann ich dagegen tun? Wie gehe ich damit um, wenn ich Opfer von Hate Speech bin? Welchen Einfluss soll K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz auf unser Leben haben? Welches Wissen ben\u00f6tige ich, um auf dem Arbeitsmarkt der Zukunft bestehen zu k\u00f6nnen? Welchen Stellenwert nimmt mein Individuum im Netz ein? Wie kann ich mich im Netz sch\u00fctzen?<\/p>\n<p>All das sind Fragen, die zeigen, dass sich unsere Welt bedeutend transformiert, hin zu einer Gesellschaft der Digitalit\u00e4t. Die Frage muss also lauten, welches Wissen brauchen unsere Kinder und Jugendlichen, um in einer Gesellschaft der Digitalit\u00e4t ein gutes, freiheitliches und m\u00fcndiges Leben f\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen. Diesen Anspruch muss Lernen in der Schule erf\u00fcllen. Hierf\u00fcr gibt es einige Modelle, die Vorschl\u00e4ge machen, wie dieses Lernen aussehen kann. Dort begleitet er die Sch\u00fcler*innen au\u00dferdem als Gesamt- und F\u00f6rderschullehrer in den F\u00e4chern GL, NaWi und Mathematik. An seinen Schulen hat er die Arbeit mit verschiedenen digitalen Lernplattformen wie Microsoft Teams oder Moodle eingef\u00fchrt, etabliert und weiterentwickelt. Heute arbeiten seine Sch\u00fcler*innen immer wieder mit Blended Learning Formaten in seinem Unterricht und von zu Hause aus.<br \/>\nDes Weiteren ist er Autor und Dozent f\u00fcr den Raabe Verlag und dem p\u00e4d. Landesinstitut Rheinland-Pfalz mit dem Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung, Microsoft Innovative Educator Master Trainer, hat eine Ausbildung zum Multimediaberater gemacht sowie ein Masterstudium im Bereich Schulmanagement absolviert. Au\u00dferdem ist er Medienfachberater am Staatlichen Schulamt in Frankfurt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einigen gro\u00dfen Veranstaltungen leitete er Workshops wie etwa auf dem Forum Bildung Digitalisierung, der Konferenz der Schulaufsichtsbeamten Deutschland, oder dem Edu Camp. Anhand dieser Ausgangslagen werden konkrete Entwicklungsziele beschrieben, die den Anspruch haben den Schulalltag nachhaltig zu ver\u00e4ndern. Gleichzeitig muss ein gutes Konzept den Anspruch haben, als echtes Instrument f\u00fcr Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung eingesetzt zu werden. Dies zeigt es durch Qualit\u00e4tsstandards wie gezielte Evaluation und Fortbildungsplanung, sowie eine konkrete Verankerung in der gesamten Schulgemeinde. Alle Bundesl\u00e4nder haben den Anspruch, dass das Medienbildungskonzept Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung mit und durch Medien antreibt. Dies ist so vom Bund vorgegeben, damit die Gelder des Digitalpakts bewilligt werden. Dennoch gibt es einzelne Unterschiede in der Ausgestaltung und im Layout der Konzepte. So gibt das Land Hessen seinen Schulen sehr viel individuelle Freiheit bei der Gestaltung seiner Konzepte, w\u00e4hrend das Land Niedersachsen zum Beispiel f\u00fcr einen Teil des Konzepts feste Vorgaben macht.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Bundesl\u00e4nder haben zudem Leitf\u00e4den herausgegeben, wie das Medienbildungskonzept aussehen kann. Hierbei gibt es ebenfalls Unterschiede in der Lenkung oder Vorgabe, welche Teile in einem Medienbildungskonzept enthalten sein m\u00fcssen. Das Land Sachsen-Anhalt lenkt beispielsweise sehr zielgenau in der Kapitelausgestaltung. Zuletzt unterscheidet sich das Konzept oftmals noch im Namen. Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg nennt es zum Beispiel Medienentwicklungsplan, Nordrhein-Westfalen wiederum Medienkonzept.
