Da Lehrkr\u00e4fte, aber auch Sch\u00fcler*innen oftmals nicht achtsam mit ihren eigenen Gef\u00fchlen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen umgehen, entstehen oft Missverst\u00e4ndnisse in der Kommunikation oder Auseinandersetzungen, welche durch achtsame Kommunikation vermieden werden k\u00f6nnten. Goethe Universit\u00e4t in Frankfurt am Main und in NRW. Au\u00dferdem absolvierte sie erfolgreich den Bachelor of music: k\u00fcnstlerisch\/p\u00e4dagogisch an der HfM W\u00fcrzburg (2015). Ihr 2. Staatsexamen f\u00fcr Lehramt an Haupt-, Real- und Gesamtschulen absolvierte sie in NRW. Zudem nahm Christina an einer staatlich anerkannten Qualifizierung im Fach \u201eDarstellen und Gestalten\u201c teil. Seit 2019 ist sie Apple Teacher und Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert und gibt in dieser Rolle Fortbildungen.
