Was genau versteht man eigentlich unter Lernbegleiter*innen? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Alexandra Wendler: <\/strong> Als Lernbegleiter*in nehme ich bewusst eine andere Rolle ein, als im klassischen Verst\u00e4ndnis einer Lehrkraft. Dabei nehme ich den Lernprozess nicht mehr als ein transaktionales Vermittlungsmodell \u201cvon oben nach unten\u201d wahr, sondern verlagere die Verantwortung zu den Lernenden. Meine Rolle ist es dann, das Lernarrangement so zu gestalten, dass die Lernenden angeregt werden und der Lernprozess angesto\u00dfen wird. Dazu geh\u00f6rt vor allem eine konstruktive Haltung gegen\u00fcber Fehlern. Statt sie unbedingt vermeiden zu wollen, sollte ich Fehler als Herausforderung begreifen, an der ich oder die Sch\u00fcler*innen wachsen k\u00f6nnen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ben\u00f6tigen SuS die Aussicht, dass sie ihre Ziele erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Dabei hilft ma\u00dfgeblich, wenn sie ihren Lernprozess mitgestalten k\u00f6nnen. Eine Lernumgebung sollte so gestaltet sein, dass sie die Lernenden dazu ermutigt, ihre eigenen Fragen zu stellen, ihre eigenen Antworten zu finden und ihre eigenen Entdeckungen zu machen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt beispielsweise eine ansprechende Raumgestaltung, die den Lernenden Raum gibt, um sich zu bewegen und unterschiedliche Lernsettings zu nutzen. Ebenfalls wichtig sind eine gute Ausstattung mit Lernmaterialien und -werkzeugen sowie eine inspirierende Atmosph\u00e4re, die Lernfreude und Motivation f\u00f6rdert. Konflikte und Schwierigkeiten k\u00f6nnen im Lernprozess jederzeit auftauchen. Eine gute Lernbegleitung nimmt diese Herausforderungen ernst und geht auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Lernenden ein. Hierbei ist es wichtig, einf\u00fchlsam und wertsch\u00e4tzend zu sein, ohne die Verantwortung f\u00fcr den Lernprozess der Lernenden zu \u00fcbernehmen. Um Schwierigkeiten und Konflikte anzugehen, kann man beispielsweise offene Fragen stellen und gemeinsam L\u00f6sungen erarbeiten. Auch das Nutzen von unterschiedlichen Lernsettings und -materialien kann helfen, den Lernprozess flexibel zu gestalten und Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Wichtig ist, dass die Lernbegleitung die Lernenden darin unterst\u00fctzt, ihre eigenen L\u00f6sungen zu finden und selbstst\u00e4ndig zu handeln.
