Anstatt selbst eine E-Mail zu schreiben, habe ich den Inhalt der E-Mail eingegeben und die KI hat mir eine Antwort gegeben, die ich fast vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcbernehmen konnte. Ich musste nur einen Satz \u00e4ndern und konnte den Rest kopieren und einf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern habe ich es heute im Englischunterricht verwendet \u2013 hier sollten sie Verteidigungsstatements verfassen \u2013 indem sie vier Schritte befolgen. So kann ich einen Text verwenden und daraus sieben Multiple-Choice-Fragen mit vier Antwortm\u00f6glichkeiten erstellen. Dann markiere die richtige Antwort mit einem X. Im zweiten Schritt erstelle ich daraus offene Fragen. Wie sieht es bei euch in der Schweiz aus?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Michael Lutz:<\/strong> Es gibt aktuell noch keine Handreichung, wie man mit KI umgehen sollte. Wir haben in der Schweiz das Datenschutzgesetz (DSG), das \u00e4hnlich wie eure DSGVO ist, aber teilweise weiter geht. Wir m\u00fcssen sicherstellen, dass an den Schulen der Datenschutz eingehalten wird und dass unsere Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler keine Daten preisgeben. Zum Beispiel d\u00fcrfen sie sich nicht bei ChatGPT registrieren, da dies erst ab 18 Jahren erlaubt ist. Ich bin dankbar f\u00fcr eure KI-Assistenz, da ich damit arbeiten kann, wenn ich es f\u00fcr angemessen halte. Ich gebe den QR-Code frei und schlie\u00dfe das Tool am Ende der Stunde. Wenn ich sehe, dass sie verantwortungsbewusst damit umgehen und ethische Fragen ber\u00fccksichtigen, lasse ich es l\u00e4nger offen. Ich m\u00f6chte, dass wir gemeinsam mit der KI arbeiten, da ich meine Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler sch\u00e4tze und sie nicht einfach jemand anderem ausliefern m\u00f6chte. Im Englischunterricht schreiben wir zum Beispiel mit der KI eine Geschichte und erstellen Fragen dazu. Stattdessen nehme ich die Sch\u00fcler*innen an die Hand und lerne von ihnen. Wir entdecken gemeinsam Themen und testen die KI in unterschiedlichen M\u00f6glichkeiten aus.<br \/>\nEin Beispiel war, als wir die KI \u00fcberf\u00fchrt haben, dass sie l\u00fcgt oder als zwei Sch\u00fcler*innen gemerkt haben, dass sie mit einem identischen Prompt unterschiedliche Ergebnisse bekommen. Obwohl wir bereits Pr\u00fcfungen mit KI erstellen, verwenden die Sch\u00fcler*innen KI in den Pr\u00fcfungen noch nicht. Das ist aber nicht mehr weit weg. Ein Beispiel daf\u00fcr war, als ich einen Fortbildungstag mit einem Arbeitskollegen plante und durchf\u00fchrte und eine Kollegin kam danach auf mich zu und sagte, dass sie nun versteht, warum sie ihren Unterricht nicht abhalten kann wie fr\u00fcher und ihre Aufgaben neu \u00fcberdenken muss. Sie hatten zu wenig Zeit in der Schule und mussten den Rest zu Hause erledigen. Die Sch\u00fcler*innen, deren Eltern zu Hause waren, bekamen oft eine gute Note, da ihre Eltern ihnen halfen, sch\u00f6ne Folien zu erstellen. Aber eigentlich wurden die Eltern benotet und nicht die Sch\u00fcler*innen selbst. Sch\u00fcler *innen mit berufst\u00e4tigen Eltern oder einer anderen Muttersprache hatten oft eine schlechtere Note. Das Thema Chancengleichheit spielt hier eine wichtige Rolle, da Sch\u00fcler*innen, die Zugang zu Technologie haben, die M\u00f6glichkeit besitzen, diese effektiv zu nutzen. F\u00fcr Lehrer*innen ist es eine Chance, Bildung neu zu denken und sinnvolle Aufgaben zu geben, die mehr auf die Lebenswelt der Sch\u00fcler*innen abgestimmt sind. Es ist wichtig, einen nat\u00fcrlichen und gesunden Zugang zur Technologie zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die<strong> Entlastung von Lehrpersonen<\/strong> durch eine Assistenz ist hierbei ein Thema: Ich sehe Chancen darin, dass Sch\u00fcler*innen jetzt Zugang zu Assistenz-Tools haben, die Lehrkr\u00e4fte entlasten k\u00f6nnen. Wenn ein Text zu kompliziert ist, k\u00f6nnen die Sch\u00fcler*innen ihn an die KI weitergeben, die ihn f\u00fcr ein j\u00fcngeres Publikum umformuliert. Die Handhabung und F\u00e4higkeiten, die wir uns w\u00fcnschen, sind jetzt viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Ich mache mir jedoch Sorgen, dass wir zu sehr von diesen Tools abh\u00e4ngig werden. Ich habe selbst erlebt, dass ich einen Blogartikel schreiben wollte und das Tool mir half \u2013 ich habe mir den Blogartikel allerdings nicht komplett generieren lassen. Stattdessen habe ich stichwortartig eine halbe Seite geschrieben und das Tool hat mir geholfen, es in S\u00e4tze umzuformulieren, die ich dann \u00fcberarbeitet habe, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich selbst darin wiederfinde. Das ist eine tolle Chance. Ich habe jetzt mehr Zeit und kann mich auf einzelne Sch\u00fcler*innen konzentrieren, die die Tools auch ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings w\u00fcrde ich auch nicht alle Aufgaben an die KI \u00fcbergeben: Man liest davon viel auf LinkedIn, allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob es eine gute Idee ist, die Erstellung von individualisierten Lernpl\u00e4nen an KI-Systeme zu delegieren. Ich kenne meine Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler und ihre St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen und m\u00f6chte diese Informationen nicht an eine KI weitergeben, von der ich nicht genau wei\u00df, wer dahintersteckt. Auch die Bewertung von Sch\u00fclerleistungen m\u00f6chte ich nicht vollst\u00e4ndig an eine KI abgeben, sondern selbst durchf\u00fchren. Ich werde einen Mega-Prompt erstellen, der die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler auffordert, ihre eigenen St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen zu identifizieren und zu optimieren. Da es immer einfacher wird, solche Dinge zu f\u00e4lschen \u2013 m\u00fcssen wir dar\u00fcber sprechen und dies auch im Unterricht behandeln. Meine Sch\u00fcler*innen haben Angst davor, und ich erinnere mich daran, wie ich einmal ein gef\u00e4lschtes Bild von Donald Trump gezeigt habe, der verhaftet wurde, und meine Sch\u00fcler*innen dachten, es sei echt. Wir m\u00fcssen unsere Jugendlichen \u00fcber die Gefahren von Betrug und gef\u00e4lschten Bildern sensibilisieren, da Bilder viel l\u00e4nger und st\u00e4rker im Ged\u00e4chtnis bleiben. W\u00fcrdest du es ausprobieren? Ich denke, die meisten w\u00fcrden nicht nein sagen. Gibt es administrative Aufgaben, die dich nerven und die jemand anderes \u00fcbernehmen k\u00f6nnte? Wie viel Zeit investierst du in die Erstellung von Unterrichtsmaterialien? Was w\u00e4re, wenn du ein Tool h\u00e4ttest, das dir in 30 Sekunden eine F\u00fcnf-Lektionen-Unterrichtssequenz zum Thema botanischer G\u00e4rten erstellen k\u00f6nnte? Du k\u00f6nntest die Struktur und p\u00e4dagogischen sowie methodisch-didaktischen Aspekte anpassen und so Zeit sparen. Anstatt zwei Stunden k\u00f6nntest du nur noch eine halbe Stunde investieren.
