Es ist eine Konferenz, die vor Ort mit den Menschen, die dabei sind, inhaltlich gestaltet wird. Deswegen nennt man ein Barcamp auch Unkonferenz. Im Rahmen des Barcamp finden also ausschlie\u00dflich die Themen der Teilnehmenden ihren Raum und werden gemeinsam bearbeitet. So kann beispielsweise ein Barcamp f\u00fcr die Abiturvorbereitung durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Dort werden dann die Themen, Inhalte und Fragestellungen, die den Teilnehmenden wichtig sind, von ihnen selbst gesetzt und bearbeitet. Besonders eignet es sich f\u00fcr die Schule, weil die Sch\u00fcler*innen selbst ihre Themen und Inhalte bestimmen k\u00f6nnen. Jeder von uns war schon einmal auf einer Tagung, auf der das Gef\u00fchl von verschwendeter Lebenszeit so intensiv war. Das geschieht auf einem Barcamp nicht, weil die Teilnehmer*innen die Themen setzen und sich selbstbestimmt die Sessions aussuchen, die sie interessieren, f\u00fcr die sie brennen.<\/p>\n<p>Und sollte eine Session mal nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechen, dann besagt das \u00bbGesetz der zwei F\u00fc\u00dfe\u00ab, dass ich die Sessions mit meinem Verlassen ehre. Dann gehe ich in eine andere Session. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die gro\u00dfe Menge an Impulsen und an Kontakten mit unterschiedlichsten Personen in selbstgew\u00e4hlten Settings. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung des Tagesablaufs und der Methode Barcamp reichst du einen Sessionvorschlag ein, bspw. zu einer Frage, die dir gerade brennt. Du stellst deinen Sessionvorschlag allen Anwesenden vor, dann wird abgefragt, ob es Interesse an deinem Sessionvorschlag gibt. Wenn es Interesse gibt, dann erh\u00e4ltst du zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit einen Raum und f\u00fchrst dann dort deine Session durch. Du besuchst selbst andere Sessions, vor und nach deiner eigenen Session.<\/p>\n<p>Du bringst dich ein und stellst deine Expertise zur Verf\u00fcgung. In deiner Session bittest du andere Teilgebende ein Protokoll zu erstellen, damit alle am Barcamp Beteiligten nachlesen k\u00f6nnen, was gesprochen und unter Umst\u00e4nden geplant wurde. Irgendwann ist eine Mittagspause, in der es etwas zu essen gibt \u2013 du wirst mit anderen freundlichen Menschen zusammen essen und auf ganz nat\u00fcrliche Weise netzwerken und Impulse sammeln. Am Ende des Barcamps sind noch einmal alle zusammen im Abschlussplenum und der Barcamptag neigt sich seinem Ende zu. Ein Barcamptag, an dem du selbstbestimmt Themen gesetzt hast und dir Sessions ausgesucht hast, die dein Interesse geweckt haben und hast dich dort aktiv eingebracht. Eine klassische Konferenz, auf der ein bestimmtes Thema vorrangig ist und durch im Mittelpunkt stehende Referent*innen und einzelne Angebote vermittelt und bearbeitet wird, hat genauso seine Berechtigung. So m\u00f6chte ich vielleicht ganz gezielt nur ein Thema kennenlernen und dazulernen und mich selbst auch mal berieseln lassen. Auch kann eine Fachkonferenz aufgrund gezielter Vermittlung ganz bestimmter Themen sinnvoll sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich aber ein agiles Konferenzformat m\u00f6chte, auf dem basisdemokratisch die Themen
