Als beWirken haben wir die Vision formuliert, dass Bildung Menschen den Raum gibt, ihr pers\u00f6nliches Potenzial zu entdecken und zu entfalten und sie dar\u00fcber hinaus dazu bef\u00e4higt, ihr Leben selbstbestimmt zu gestalten und aktiv an der Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft mitzuwirken. Diese Vision teilen wir mit zahlreichen politischen und gesellschaftlichen Akteur*innen.<\/p>\n<p>Die zweite Ebene bezieht sich auf die <em>Zukunftskompetenzen von Sch\u00fcler*innen<\/em>. Wir bewegen uns in einer Welt, die von rasanten Ver\u00e4nderungen und sehr komplexen Herausforderungen gepr\u00e4gt ist. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielswiese die Digitalisierung, die Klimakrise sowie die globale Vernetzung. Um sich in dieser Welt sicher zu bewegen und sie auch selbst aktiv mitgestalten zu k\u00f6nnen, brauchen Menschen Kompetenzen, die weit \u00fcber das hinausgehen, was Schule derzeit noch pr\u00e4gt: Der Wissenserwerb. Wissen wird in Zukunft schnell veraltet sein. Es braucht deshalb einerseits die F\u00e4higkeit, sich immer wieder selbstst\u00e4ndig in neue Inhalte einzuarbeiten und andererseits Kompetenzen wie Kommunikation, Kollaboration, kritisches Denken und Kreativit\u00e4t, um sich in diesen komplexen Kontexten zu bewegen. Das muss auch in Schule eine viel gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rolle spielen.<\/p>\n<p>Und die dritte Ebene, die ganz wichtig und nicht zu vergessen ist, ist die der<em> Lernforschung und Lerntheorie<\/em>. Wir wissen mittlerweile sehr viel dar\u00fcber, wie Menschen lernen und sich Wissen aneignen: Indem sie sich ihre Umwelt und Inhalte individuell und im eigenen Tempo erschlie\u00dfen und mit bestehenden Erfahrungen und bereits vorhandenem Wissen verkn\u00fcpfen. Au\u00dferdem funktioniert Lernen im Gehirn dann am besten, wenn Lernende den Gegenstand ihres Lernens interessant finden, wenn Emotionen mit im Spiel sind und wenn sie mit allen Sinnen lernen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man sich diese drei Ebenen anschaut, f\u00e4llt schnell auf: Das funktioniert nicht in klassischen Unterrichtssettings, in denen 25 Sch\u00fcler*innen zur gleichen Zeit, im gleichen Raum das genau das Gleiche lernen. Sch\u00fcler*innen sollten an realen Herausforderungen und Projekten lernen, die f\u00e4cher\u00fcbergreifend und interessengeleitet sind \u2013 genauso wie auch die gesellschaftlichen Herausforderungen, die es heute und in Zukunft zu l\u00f6sen gilt, immer interdisziplin\u00e4r sind.<\/p>\n<p>Lernen ist ein individueller Prozess. Wir brauchen deshalb viel mehr Elemente der <em>Selbststeuerung und Selbstorganisation<\/em> im Lernen. Sch\u00fcler*innen sollten sich eigene Lernziele stecken, die sie motivieren. Sie m\u00fcssen die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, selbst den Weg zu w\u00e4hlen, auf dem sie dieses Ziel am besten erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Das erfordert ein hohes Ma\u00df an Selbstreflexion und Verantwortung der Sch\u00fcler*innen, das sie aber auch nach der Schule dringend brauchen werden und das deshalb ein zentrales Ziel von Schule sein sollte.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kooperatives Lernen<\/em> ist ein weiterer Eckpfeiler f\u00fcr eine neue Lernkultur. Ob im Privaten oder sp\u00e4teren Arbeitsleben, ob bei der L\u00f6sung globaler Herausforderungen oder bei eigenen Unternehmungen: Die Kompetenz, gut im Team zu arbeiten, ist eine wichtige Basis f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00fcler*innen. Gleichzeitig unterst\u00fctzt es aber genauso auch ihre Lernprozesse.<\/p>\n<p>Wir brauchen mehr <em>Partizipation<\/em>, die alle Bereiche von Schule durchdringt, auch das Lernen. Was lerne ich? Wo lerne ich? Wie lerne ich? Wann lerne ich? Das sind Fragen, bei denen Sch\u00fcler*innen h\u00e4ufig nicht oder nur sehr eingeschr\u00e4nkt mitbestimmen k\u00f6nnen. Das zu ver\u00e4ndern, hat vor allem auch mit einem Haltungswandel und einer intensiven Selbstreflexion der Lehrkr\u00e4fte zu tun.<\/p>\n<p>Das f\u00fchrt uns auch zum n\u00e4chsten Punkt: Der <em>Wandel der Lehrer*innenrolle<\/em>. Wir reden dabei von Lernbegleiter*innen. Diesen Begriff nutzen mittlerweile viele Schulen, die sich in diesem Bereich auf den Weg machen. Denn die oben genannten Aspekte lassen sich nur dann umsetzen, wenn Lehrkr\u00e4fte sich nicht prim\u00e4r als Wissensvermittler*in verstehen, sondern als Begleiter*in und Coach f\u00fcr individuelle Lernprozesse sowie als Erm\u00f6glicher*in von guten Lernr\u00e4umen. Zu diesem Thema arbeiten wir auch sehr intensiv in unserer Fortbildungsreihe, der <a href=\"https:\/\/bewirken.org\/aus-und-fortbildungen\/werde-lernbegleiterin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201eLernbegleiter Journey\u201c.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bei all dem ist die <em>Digitalisierung<\/em> nat\u00fcrlich eine unglaublich wichtige Unterst\u00fctzung. Einerseits ist es wichtig, Digitalit\u00e4t ins Lernen zu integrieren, um Sch\u00fcler*innen zu bef\u00e4higen, sich sicher und kritisch in der digitalen Welt zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig sind digitale Ger\u00e4te und Tools aber auch eine tolle Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr individuelle Lernprozesse. Welche konkreten Ideen hast du?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Judith Holle: <\/strong>Wenn wir das Ganze gro\u00df und zu Ende denken, dann m\u00fcssen wir Schule vom Grundsatz her anders gestalten. Wenn man die oben beschriebenen Eckpfeiler umfassend lebt, dann geht das auch mit einer Ver\u00e4nderung von Raum- und Zeitstrukturen einher, dann gibt es keine klassischen Stundenpl\u00e4ne mehr. Dann gibt es vielleicht ein paar Inputphasen, genauso wie auch sehr interaktive Workshops, es finden Lerncoaching-Gespr\u00e4che statt und gleichzeitig lernen Sch\u00fcler*innen selbstst\u00e4ndig oder in Gruppen in ihrem Tempo an eigenen Projekten und Themen. Das sind nat\u00fcrlich gro\u00dfe Ver\u00e4nderungen, die sich nur mit dem ganzen Kollegium umsetzen lassen und f\u00fcr die es einen intensiven Schulentwicklungsprozess braucht. Auf diesem Weg unterst\u00fctzen wir viele Schulen und erleben dabei, wie sehr sich auch Lehrkr\u00e4fte eine solch neue Form von Schule w\u00fcnschen, die sowohl den Sch\u00fcler*innen als auch den Lehrkr\u00e4ften viel mehr Selbstwirksamkeit und positive Lern- und Arbeitserfahrungen bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Aber auch im Kleinen gibt es Vieles, was jede*r Einzelne tun kann, um in kleinen Schritten eine neue Lernkultur zu etablieren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mehr <em>Sch\u00fcler*innenbeteiligung<\/em> einbauen: Du kannst dich selbst einmal beobachten, wie viel die Sch\u00fcler*innen ihr eigenes Lernen mitbestimmen d\u00fcrfen und dann in kleinen Schritten mehr Beteiligungs- und Selbststeuerungsm\u00f6glichkeiten einbauen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst <em>neue Methoden und Lernformen<\/em> ausprobieren, die Kommunikation, Kollaboration, Kreativit\u00e4t und kritisches Denken unterst\u00fctzen. Vielleicht kannst du deinen Unterricht auch einmal eher wie einen Workshop denken, um Aktivit\u00e4t, Gemeinschaftlichkeit und Handlungsorientierung zu st\u00e4rken. Hierf\u00fcr haben wir mit unserem \u201eMethodenbuch f\u00fcr digitalen Unterricht\u201c eine Sammlung von 50 Methoden zusammengestellt, die auf die verschiedenen oben genannten Eckpfeiler einzahlen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst in deinem Unterricht <em>freiere Lernzeiten<\/em> gestalten, in denen Sch\u00fcler*innen selbstst\u00e4ndig w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen, woran und mit welcher Methode sie arbeiten.
