Dieser Teil nimmt den gr\u00f6\u00dften Raum ein.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man sich jedoch als Berufseinsteiger*in oder als Person mit geringen Vorerfahrungen dem Thema digitales Unterrichten n\u00e4hert, ist es hilfreich, wenn man auch einige Tipps zur Technik kennt. Zum Beispiel, wie man sich selbst helfen kann, wenn der Beamer nicht funktioniert oder der Rechner nicht startet.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Anforderungen an Lehrpersonen st\u00e4ndig steigen, ist es zudem wichtig, den eigenen Arbeitsablauf anzupassen. Deshalb ist es mir ein Anliegen, meine Kolleg*innen daf\u00fcr zu sensibilisieren und sie in diesen Bereichen konkret fortzubilden und Hilfestellungen mitzugeben. Ich zeige beispielsweise auf, wie kommunikative und organisatorische Prozesse effizienter gestaltet werden k\u00f6nnen und weniger Zeit ben\u00f6tigen. Dieser Aspekt ist meiner Meinung nach sehr wichtig, da man sich als Lehrperson nicht nur fachlich weiterbilden, sondern den Blick auch auf diesen Bereich richten sollte. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es auch \u00dcberschneidungen und Bereiche, die sich gegenseitig beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-av_one_full-048119fdb636ea3d70edc0b975509c6c av_one_full  avia-builder-el-13  el_after_av_one_full  avia-builder-el-last  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-564067357eb74c20cdd60b282c9b50bd '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>An welche Zielgruppen richtet sich dein Buch vorrangig?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Micha Busch:<\/strong> Einerseits richtet sich mein Buch an Menschen, die schon (l\u00e4nger) als Lehrperson arbeiten und sich jetzt auf den Weg machen und sich intensiver mit dem Themenfeld digitale Medien und Schule auseinandersetzen wollen, weil sie das in den letzten Jahren nicht geschafft oder aus anderen Gr\u00fcnden nicht getan haben. Das Buch soll also eine Hilfe und ein Leitfaden f\u00fcr Einsteiger*innen in das Thema sein.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits hatte ich auch immer Berufseinsteiger*innen im Hinterkopf, w\u00e4hrend ich das Buch geschrieben habe. Viele der Tipps, z.B. im Bereich der Kommunikation, haben nat\u00fcrlich auch mit der digitalen Sph\u00e4re zu tun. Dennoch sind es letztendlich Tipps, die auch Berufseinsteiger*innen helfen k\u00f6nnen, bestimmte Prozesse besser zu organisieren und m\u00f6glicherweise Fehler zu vermeiden, die ich z.B. zu Beginn meiner beruflichen Laufbahn gemacht habe. Dies gilt sowohl f\u00fcr Personen, die sich noch im Studium befinden oder im Vorbereitungsdienst sind, als auch f\u00fcr Quereinsteiger*innen, die aus einem anderen Berufsfeld in die Schule wechseln. Nicht nur, weil er sch\u00f6n klingt, sondern weil dieses Ph\u00e4nomen wirklich ein gro\u00dfer Zeitfresser und eine Falle ist, in die man leicht (nicht nur) im schulischen Arbeitsumfeld tappt.<\/p>\n<p>Was bedeutet das? E-Mail-Ping-Pong bedeutet, dass jemand eine E-Mail an viele andere Personen schreibt und bspw. Informationen abfragt oder einen Termin vorschl\u00e4gt. In der Schule k\u00f6nnte das beispielsweise eine E-Mail an das Jahrgangsteam sein, in der man alle beteiligten Personen fragt: &#8222;Was haltet ihr davon?&#8220; oder &#8222;Passt der Termin?&#8220; Und dann erh\u00e4lt man von jeder Person einzeln eine separate Antwort.<\/p>\n<p>Die Freude h\u00e4lt sich (zumindest bei mir) in Grenzen, wenn das E-Mail-Fach auf diese Weise mit Mails volll\u00e4uft. Daher versuche ich, solche Ping-Pong-Fallen in unserem Kollegium zu vermeiden. In vielen F\u00e4llen funktioniert das auch schon gut, indem wir z.B. zentrale Dokumente nutzen oder bestimmte Tools f\u00fcr Umfragen oder Terminfindungen einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt aber auch andere Dinge, die ich wichtig finde. Zum Beispiel ist die Idee \u00a0&#8222;Zero-Inbox&#8220; f\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich bedeutsam. Mein Ziel ist es, jeden Abend null ungelesene E-Mails in meinem Postfach zu haben, weil ansonsten das Mailpostfach zu einer zus\u00e4tzlichen To-Do-Liste wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist \u00fcbrigens auch ein Aspekt, den ich wichtig finde: eine sinnvolle und effektive Organisation der eigenen Aufgaben. Das hei\u00dft aber auch, dass wir als Lehrpersonen uns immer auch als Lernende verstehen. Gerade dieses Themenfeld verdeutlicht, vielleicht sogar st\u00e4rker als andere, dass lebenslanges Lernen insbesondere f\u00fcr Lehrer*innen wichtig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Lebenswelt der jungen Menschen zu verstehen und um sie auf das Leben au\u00dferhalb der Schule vorzubereiten, m\u00fcssen Lehrpersonen sich mit dieser Lebenswelt auseinandersetzen &#8211;
