Was ist mit \u201eBring your own device\u201c gemeint?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Florian Reche: <\/strong> \u201cBring your own device\u201d beschreibt die Nutzung von privaten Endger\u00e4ten wie Smartphone, Tablet oder Laptop in Bildungseinrichtungen oder auch am Arbeitsplatz. Die Ger\u00e4te werden im Falle der Schule also nicht durch die Schule selber gestellt, sondern die Sch\u00fcler:innen nutzen vorhandene private Ger\u00e4te im WLAN, sofern dies durch die Lehrer:innen im Sinne des Unterrichts gew\u00fcnscht ist.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41532\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pexels-august-de-richelieu-4260325-1-1030x688.jpg\" alt=\"BYOD Online-Fortbildung Interviewbild\" width=\"1030\" height=\"688\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong> Was sind die Vor- und Nachteile des \u201eBring your own device\u201c-Ausstattungskonzepts?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Florian Reche: <\/strong> Der Vorteil von BYOD ist, dass man unabh\u00e4ngig von den IT-Finanzen einer Schule, pragmatisch und recht schnell eine Vollausstattung erreichen kann: entweder in einzelnen Jahrg\u00e4ngen oder \u00fcber alle Jahrg\u00e4nge hinweg. Erst mit einer 1:1-Vollausstattung hat man eine praktikable Grundlage daf\u00fcr geschaffen, jederzeit digital im Unterricht arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen und die \u201cKompetenzen in der digitalen Welt\u201d zu trainieren, die nun Bestandteil aller Bildungspl\u00e4ne sind.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorteil in der Umsetzung ergibt sich daraus, dass die Kinder meist bereits private Endger\u00e4te besitzen, die direkt im Schulkontext eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Sch\u00fcler:innen ben\u00f6tigen lediglich einen Zugang zum WLAN. Die privaten Ger\u00e4te k\u00f6nnen bei Bedarf durch schulische Leihger\u00e4te erg\u00e4nzt werden f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler:innen, die kein privates Ger\u00e4t besitzen, um gleiche Arbeitsbedingungen f\u00fcr alle zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Umgekehrt macht die fehlende \u201ctechnische Kontrolle\u201d f\u00fcr die Schule es schwer oder unm\u00f6glich, M\u00f6glichkeiten eines digitalen Classroom-Managements (wie z.B. \u201cApple Classroom\u201d) oder eine zentrale Ger\u00e4te-Verwaltung (MDM) zu nutzen, um z.B. alle Ger\u00e4te mit Lizenzen f\u00fcr bestimmte Software zu versorgen. Dies w\u00e4re nur bei einer einheitlichen Ausstattung mit gleichen Ger\u00e4ten und Betriebssystemen in den H\u00e4nden aller Sch\u00fcler:innen m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Sowohl technisch als auch finanziell sind die Sch\u00fcler:innen und Eltern f\u00fcr die Ger\u00e4te in jeder Hinsicht verantwortlich &#8211; so, wie es bei anderem Privateigentum auch der Fall ist. Das BYOD-Konzept ben\u00f6tigt also in jedem Falle die Unterst\u00fctzung der Elternschaft! Bietet dadurch aber eine starke Entlastung f\u00fcr die Schule sowohl bei Finanzen und Administration.<\/p>\n<p>Im positiven Sinne gehen die Sch\u00fcler:innen wegen der Eigenverantwortung mit ihren eigenen Ger\u00e4ten deutlich sorgsamer um, als mit schulischem Eigentum, was ein durchaus gewichtiges Argument ist. Seit 2020 ist er Koordinator f\u00fcr digitale Schulentwicklung. In diesem Rahmen ist Florian Reche u. a. f\u00fcr das Projektmanagement auf den verschiedenen Ebenen der digitalen Schulentwicklung, Fortbildungen, die Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sowie die Vernetzung mit anderen Schulen zust\u00e4ndig. Ein Kernprojekt der letzten Jahre war die ganzheitliche Umsetzung eines BYOD-Konzepts von Jahrgang 9-12 an seiner Schule. Zudem ist er schul\u00fcbergreifend als Fortbildner, Berater und Referent t\u00e4tig. Die Einf\u00fchrung eines BYOD-Konzepts eignet sich daher auch wunderbar als \u201cEinstiegsprojekt\u201d in die digitale Schulentwicklung. Welche Jahrg\u00e4nge jedoch an einer Schule ausgestattet werden sollen, muss eine Schulgemeinschaft gemeinsam entscheiden mit Blick auf die unterrichtlichen Konzepte, Curricula und Rahmenbedingungen vor Ort. Wie zuvor angesprochen, ist eine entscheidende Voraussetzung aber, dass die Elternschaft das Konzept mittr\u00e4gt, da die Eltern schlussendlich die Endger\u00e4te f\u00fcr ihre Kinder privat finanzieren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41542\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pexels-ron-lach-10638070-1030x686.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"686\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>In deiner Online-Fortbildung geht es darum, \u201eBring your own device\u201c auf Schulebene zu implementieren und daher auch als Schulentwicklungsprojekt anzugehen. Warum ist das in deinen Augen wichtig?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Florian Reche:<\/strong> Erst mit einer Endger\u00e4te-Vollausstattung k\u00f6nnen die Kolleg:innen den Unterricht langfristig auf die digitalen Arbeitsger\u00e4te ausrichten und planen &#8211; ohne aufwendige Buchung, Raumwechsel und Zeitverluste. Die Vollausstattung mit Endger\u00e4ten ist also die Grundlage daf\u00fcr, dass Sch\u00fcler:innen und Lehrer:innen jederzeit und zuverl\u00e4ssig digital in der Schule arbeiten k\u00f6nnen. Die Ger\u00e4te sind gewisserma\u00dfen das \u201cWasser\u201d, das es braucht, um \u201cschwimmen\u201d zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Technik ist aber nur eine von mehreren Ebenen. Die Unterrichtsentwicklung, Personalentwicklung, Kooperationsentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung und Technologieentwicklung sollten stets parallel betrachtet und bearbeitet werden, da sie voneinander abh\u00e4ngen und es viele Wechselwirkungen gibt.<\/p>\n<h2><b> Und zum Abschluss: Was sind deiner Erfahrung nach Faktoren, die zum Erfolg, aber auch Misserfolg des Projekts beitragen k\u00f6nnen?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Florian Reche:\u00a0<\/strong> Ganz am Anfang sollte aus meiner Sicht die Entwicklung von klaren Leitgedanken und Zielen stehen! Warum m\u00f6chten wir uns auf den Weg machen, wie gehen wir dabei vor und was m\u00f6chten wir am Ende konkret erreichen? Diese Fragen sollte die Schulgemeinschaft klar zusammen beantworten, damit ein solch umfassendes Projekt die notwendige Unterst\u00fctzung von Eltern, Lehrer:innen und Sch\u00fcler:innen bekommt.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald es losgeht, sind gute Teamstrukturen, ein eingespieltes Projektmanagement, klare Rollen, ausreichende Zeit-Ressourcen f\u00fcr die Arbeit, sowie eine transparente, offene, empathische Kommunikation sehr wichtig, damit die Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten bleibt und die Ziele erreicht werden. Zudem braucht es viel Ausdauer, Geduld und \u201cErwartungsmanagement\u201d bei allen Beteiligten! W\u00e4hrend sich die Technik und Organisationsstrukturen in gut einem Jahr aufbauen lassen, sind die Fortbildungen und die Unterrichtsentwicklung ein Prozess, der wohl viele Jahre in Anspruch nehmen wird. Realistische Erwartungen und ein f\u00fcr die Schulgemeinschaft angemessenes Tempo des Prozesses, sind darum ebenso wichtige Faktoren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit regelm\u00e4ssigen Bestandsaufnahmen, Evaluationen und einem langfristigen, aber kleinschrittigen, flexiblen Vorgehen, kommt man denke ich Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt zum Ziel.<br \/>\nWelche Ziele dies sind, ggf. \u00fcber die Bildungsplaninhalte hinaus, kann jede Schulgemeinschaft individuell f\u00fcr sich formulieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich hoffe, die Fortbildung zur 1:1-Vollausstattung mit Hilfe von \u201cBring your own device\u201d bietet daf\u00fcr
