Was ist damit gemeint?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uta Eichborn: <\/strong> Design Thinking ist eine kreative Methode, mit der du systematisch komplexe Problemstellungen aus allen Lebensbereichen angehen kannst. W\u00e4hrend bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden meist nur nach der technisch besten L\u00f6sung gesucht wird, stehen beim Design Thinking die W\u00fcnsche und Bed\u00fcrfnisse der sp\u00e4teren Nutzer*innen im Mittelpunkt. Man spricht daher auch oft von einer Nutzerzentrierung beim Design Thinking.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41565\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Interviewbild-Design-Thinking-1030x607.jpg\" alt=\"Design Thinking Interview Bild\" width=\"1030\" height=\"607\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Der Ansatz kommt ja aus der Wirtschaft \u2013 wie kann er auch in Schule und Unterricht f\u00fcr das L\u00f6sen von Problemen angewandt werden?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Uta Eichborn: <\/strong> Der Ansatz eignet sich f\u00fcr alle Problemstellungen und kann daher auch und gerade in Schule und Unterricht angewandt werden, um Sch\u00fcler*innen und Lehrer*innen F\u00e4higkeiten und Denkweisen nahe zu bringen, die sie f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sung komplexer Probleme in einer sich st\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndernden Welt ben\u00f6tigen. Das Lernen und Arbeiten mit dem Ansatz f\u00f6rdert die Zusammenarbeit, die Kreativit\u00e4t und in ganz besonderer Weise die Empathie. Besonders wertvoll ist das Erleben der positiven Fehlerkultur, die dem Design-Thinking-Ansatz zugrunde liegt. Kannst du uns eines dieser Beispiele n\u00e4her beschreiben? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong> Uta Eichborn: <\/strong> Viele Schulen orientieren sich bei ihren Aktivit\u00e4ten an den 17 Zielen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung, denen sich die Weltgemeinschaft mit der Verabschiedung der Agenda 2030 verschrieben hat. Es eignet sich besonders gut, um innovative Ideen zu entwickeln, die zur Erreichung eines oder mehrerer dieser 17 Ziele beitragen. Nachhaltigkeit ist ein komplexes Thema und f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler*innen zun\u00e4chst schwer zug\u00e4nglich. Im Design Thinking Prozess setzen sie sich intensiv mit den 17 Zielen auseinander und identifizieren m\u00f6gliche Problemstellungen aus dem Schulalltag.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Problemstellung k\u00f6nnte lauten: \u201cWie k\u00f6nnen wir als Schulgemeinschaft nachhaltig agieren, damit wir einen Beitrag zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Klimawandels leisten k\u00f6nnen?\u201d Im\u00a0 Prozess analysieren die Sch\u00fcler*innen das Problem aus der Sicht der Schulgemeinschaft, widmen sich den \u00c4ngsten und Sorgen der Betroffenen und entwickeln eine ganz konkrete Sichtweise auf das Problem, die beispielsweise lauten k\u00f6nnte: \u201cDie Schulgemeinschaft des Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasiums ben\u00f6tigt etwas, um den Papierverbrauch zu reduzieren, um damit einen positiven Beitrag zur Erreichung des Ziels #13 Ma\u00dfnahmen zum Klimaschutz zu leisten.\u201d In der anschlie\u00dfenden L\u00f6sungsfindung entwickeln die Sch\u00fcler*innen Ideen, bauen Prototypen, testen diese und holen sich Feedback ein. Die Idee wird in mehreren Schleifen verbessert und abschlie\u00dfend in einer Art Wettbewerb vorgestellt. Anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnte die Idee umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-41569\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/pexels-fabian-wiktor-3471423-1030x774.jpg\" alt=\"Design Thinking Interview Bild\" width=\"1030\" height=\"774\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Und zu guter Letzt: Welche Tipps kannst du Lehrkr\u00e4ften an die Hand geben, wenn sie Design Thinking in ihrem Unterricht einsetzen m\u00f6chten?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Uta Eichborn: <\/strong> Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Umsetzung besonders gut gelingt, wenn man das Projekt im Team vorbereitet und durchf\u00fchrt. Das Team bietet gegenseitige Unterst\u00fctzung und Raum f\u00fcr den Austausch von Ideen. Die Sch\u00fcler*innen sehen es sehr positiv, dass auch wir Lehrkr\u00e4fte bereit sind, zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsam an innovativen Unterrichtsformaten zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Das erste Projekt kann man gut am Ende eines Schuljahres umsetzen, sodass \u00dcberlegungen zur Bewertung zun\u00e4chst au\u00dfen vor bleiben. Das entlastet die Lehrer*innen und Sch\u00fcler*innen gleicherma\u00dfen und dient bei der erstmaligen Durchf\u00fchrung dem gemeinsamen Fokus auf die eigentliche Herausforderung.<\/p>\n<p>In der Fortbildung stelle ich au\u00dferdem eine Anleitung und dazugeh\u00f6rige Arbeitsbl\u00e4tter zur Verf\u00fcgung, mit denen die Lehrkr\u00e4fte ein Design-Thinking-Projekt im Schnelldurchlauf in 60 Minuten sehr niederschwellig durchf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen und die Sch\u00fcler*innen damit zun\u00e4chst mit der Methode vertraut machen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close
