Wenn das Konzentrationslevel nachl\u00e4sst oder die SuS nach einer anstrengenden Lerneinheit eine kurze Pause brauchen, sind sie der Schl\u00fcssel, um den Unterricht wieder in Schwung zu bringen. Sie stellen sich jedoch oft nicht von allein ein, sondern m\u00fcssen aktiv angesto\u00dfen werden. Energizer sind daher eine gute M\u00f6glichkeit, um soziale Kontakte der SuS zu erleichtern und zu unterst\u00fctzen. Icebreaker zum Kennenlernen, Warmups zum Einstieg in den Unterricht und Teambuilding-Elemente zur Verbesserung des Arbeitsklimas<br \/>\n&#8211; Energizer zur F\u00f6rderung von Lernprozessen, d.h. Kreativit\u00e4tsbooster und Brainstorming-Tools, Konzentrations- und Fokussierungselemente zur Erzielung von Lernergebnissen, \u00dcbungen zur Reflexion des Unterrichts sowie Feedback-Aktivit\u00e4ten<br \/>\n&#8211; Energizer als Minipausen \u201ezwischendurch\u201c, d.h. Konzentrations- und Fokussierungs\u00fcbungen eignen sich vor der Ergebnissicherung oder dem Transfer. \u00dcbungen zur Reflexion, zum Feedback oder zum Cooldown sollten am Ende des Unterrichts eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Und zum Abschluss: Was ist dein Lieblings-Energizer?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Stefanie Fischer:<\/strong> Das ist gar nicht so leicht zu beantworten, denn ich finde Energizer im Unterricht generell eine prima Sache. Am besten gefallen mir wahrscheinlich die Kreativit\u00e4tsbooster, weil die vielen tollen Ideen der SuS mich immer wieder \u00fcberraschen und sie oft f\u00fcr einen richtigen Motivationsschub im
