Wie bist du selbst zu diesem Thema gekommen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Heike Kundisch: <\/strong> Zu dem Thema grunds\u00e4tzlich bin ich schon 2007 gekommen: Damals habe ich selbst das erste Mal F\u00fchrungsaufgaben \u00fcbernommen und mich dann vier Jahre lang sehr intensiv mit dieser Rolle auseinandergesetzt &#8211; das war auch n\u00f6tig, denn der Bereich, f\u00fcr den ich damals verantwortlich war, ist in dieser Zeit von einem Team mit neun Personen auf drei Teams an vier Standorten mit gut 50 Mitarbeiter*innen gewachsen. Danach habe ich eine ganz andere Perspektive eingenommen, bin in die Wissenschaft gewechselt und habe zu der Rolle von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften an Schule promoviert. Seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren f\u00fchre ich Fortbildungen f\u00fcr Menschen im Bildungsbereich durch, die ihre F\u00fchrungsrolle sch\u00e4rfen m\u00f6chten und finde diese Aufgabe nach wie vor super wichtig und mache das au\u00dferdem richtig gerne!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-44582 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/d252a10f-d1ab-45e7-9f4b-a37bfbf62eb0-1030x584.jpg\" alt=\"F\u00fchrungsaufgaben Interviewbild \" width=\"1030\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zu Beginn der Fortbildung sind die Teilnehmenden aufgerufen, sich mit ihren St\u00e4rken und Bed\u00fcrfnissen auseinanderzusetzen. Warum ist das wichtig? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Heike Kundisch:<\/strong> Man selbst ist immer, nicht nur als F\u00fchrungskraft, das wichtigste Werkzeug, das man hat! Dieses Werkzeug sollte man daher sehr gut kennen und auch pflegen! Die eigenen St\u00e4rken zu kennen hei\u00dft, sich selbst zu kennen und zu verstehen und sich seiner Selbst bewusst zu sein. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt davon und erlebe das auch, dass sich dadurch neue Wege er\u00f6ffnen und die Entscheidung, welchen Weg man gehen soll, schon fast von selbst beantwortet.<\/p>\n<h2><em>\u201eMan selbst ist immer, nicht nur als F\u00fchrungskraft, das wichtigste Werkzeug, das man hat! An vorderster Stelle steht dabei die Unterst\u00fctzung der Bildungsakteure \u2013 denn sie selbst sind ihr wichtigstes Tool! Vor allem Rollensch\u00e4rfung und St\u00e4rkung der Handlungsf\u00e4higkeit &#8211; insb. im Kontext von Transformationsprozessen wie Inklusion und Digitalisierung &#8211; z\u00e4hlen zu Heikes Schwerpunkten in Workshops und Beratungs- und Coachingprozessen. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist gepr\u00e4gt von einer st\u00e4rkenorientierten und facilitativen Haltung. Die Ausbildungen zum St\u00e4rkenCoach und zur Organisationsdesignerin f\u00fcr agile Teams und Unternehmen spiegeln diese Verbindung einer Menschenzentrierung mit von systemischen Ans\u00e4tzen gepr\u00e4gten Handlungsprinzipien wider. Heikes Ziel ist es stets, Strukturen und Prozesse aufzudecken und dadurch M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Einzelne und Teams zu erkennen und zu nutzen. Visual Facilitation spielt dabei eine methodisch wichtige Rolle. Was ist der Vorteil davon? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Heike Kundisch: <\/strong> Es sollen m\u00f6glichst viele Wege angeboten werden, wie die Inhalte gelernt werden k\u00f6nnen. Manche saugen das auf, was sie h\u00f6ren, andere behalten besonders das, was sie sehen. Durch das Workbook erhalten die Teilnehmenden die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Antworten und Gedanken auch direkt schriftlich festzuhalten und k\u00f6nnen auch zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt immer nochmal nachlesen und reflektieren. Ich bin sehr daf\u00fcr, stets verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten anzubieten, damit jede\/r schauen kann, wo und wie er oder sie am besten lernt!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" F\u00fchrungskraft sind?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Heike Kundisch: <\/strong> Nat\u00fcrlich empfehle ich, diese Fortbildung zu durchlaufen :-) Abgesehen davon finde ich auch Tools wie ein pers\u00f6nliches Reflexionstagebuch super hilfreich und vor allem: sucht euch Gleichgesinnte, tauscht euch aus, absolviert bspw. so eine Fortbildung gemeinsam, hospitiert auch an anderen Schulen
