In einer empirischen Begleitstudie der Universit\u00e4t zu K\u00f6ln wurden diese Fragen n\u00e4her beleuchtet: 186 Lehrkr\u00e4fte nahmen an einer Evaluation zu der vierw\u00f6chigen Zusatzqualifikation K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz teil. Die AG Digitale Bildung mit Schwerpunkt K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Sebastian Becker-Genschow untersuchte mit Julia Lademann und Jannik Henze die Ver\u00e4nderung KI-basierter Kompetenzen sowie Einstellungen, Meinungen und Motivationen der Teilnehmenden in Bezug auf KI.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Ergebnisse im \u00dcberblick<\/h2>\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Entwicklung zeigt sich bei der unterst\u00fctzenden <strong>Nutzung von KI f\u00fcr die Gestaltung des Unterrichts<\/strong> oder der <strong>Erstellung von Unterrichtsmaterialien<\/strong>. W\u00e4hrend vor der Weiterbildung KI von nur gut \u00fcber einem Drittel der Lehrkr\u00e4fte genutzt wurde (38,2 Prozent), sind es danach 86,6 Prozent. Und das vor allem zum Nutzen der Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler. Die gleiche Zahl der Lehrkr\u00e4fte ist sich demnach sicher, dass KI eine gute M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, Sch\u00fcler:innen zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Weit mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Lehrkr\u00e4fte (66 Prozent) glauben nach der KI-Schulung, dass der Einsatz von <strong>KI im Unterricht die Sch\u00fcler*innen dazu ermutigt, selbst\u00e4ndiger<\/strong> zu lernen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lvmdbydr-489e4d05ed5a434ccdf022f8c08bd2b1 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>KI-Weiterbildung st\u00e4rkt das Vertrauen der Lehrkr\u00e4fte in die eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten<\/h2>\n<p>Nahezu alle befragten Lehrkr\u00e4fte (97,9 Prozent) sehen es als<strong> Aufgabe der Schule an, KI-Kompetenzen<\/strong> an die Sch\u00fcler*innen zu vermitteln. Daraus resultiert auch die Erwartung der Lehrkr\u00e4fte an die Ausbildung eigener KI-Kompetenzen, die 99,5 Prozent der Befragten f\u00fcr wichtig halten. Nach der Weiterbildung f\u00fchlen sich 85,5 Prozent der Teilnehmenden gut vorbereitet, <strong>KI-Technologien in den eigenen Unterricht zu integrieren<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend es vorher nur 25,8 Prozent der Lehrkr\u00e4fte waren. Der deutliche Anstieg (59,7 Prozent) deutet darauf hin, dass die Fortbildung wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat, das Vertrauen der Lehrkr\u00e4fte in ihre eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten zu st\u00e4rken und bestehende Vorbehalte zu verringern.<br \/>\n\u201cEs ist ermutigend zu sehen, dass unser Fortbildungsangebot nicht nur einen positiven Einfluss auf die Lehrkr\u00e4fte hat, sondern auch durch seine Skalierbarkeit hervorsticht. Dominik Scheider ist Lehrkraft und Koordinator f\u00fcr digitale Unterrichtswicklung an der Deutschen Schule Las Palmas de Gran Canaria und berichtete, von seinen pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen aus der Teilnahme an der Zusatzqualifikation. An der Zusatzqualifikation haben in den vergangenen vier Durchl\u00e4ufen insgesamt 3.770 Lehrkr\u00e4fte teilgenommen. Insgesamt nahmen 1.000 Lehrkr\u00e4fte an der Weiterbildung teil, wovon 186 Lehrkr\u00e4fte an der Evaluierung teilnahmen. Die Teilnehmenden der Evaluationsstudie setzten sich zusammen aus 22 Prozent m\u00e4nnlichen und 78 Prozent weiblichen Lehrkr\u00e4ften, mit einer Altersspanne von 26 bis 66 Jahren (Durchschnittsalter 43,5 Jahre).
