In allen Phasen habe ich als Lehrkraft unterschiedliche Rollen. Am Anfang er\u00f6ffne ich einen Lernhorizont und bin als Lehrkraft weniger pr\u00e4sent, dann in der Vermittlung sehr instruktiv, in der Phase der individuellen Arbeitsauftr\u00e4ge coache und begleite ich.
