Egal ob Literatur, Geschichte oder Sachthemen \u2013 durch das Medium H\u00f6rspiel erleben Sch\u00fclerInnen Inhalte auf eine neue Art. Sie setzen sich kreativ mit Stoff auseinander, denken szenisch, arbeiten mit Sprache, Klang und Ausdruck. Das ist eine tolle Erg\u00e4nzung zu klassischen Unterrichtsmethoden. Will ich eine kurze Impulseinheit machen \u2013 also in ein, zwei Stunden einen kleinen Text einsprechen? Oder soll es ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Projekt werden, das sich \u00fcber mehrere Unterrichtsstunden zieht?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dann geht es um ein paar organisatorische Fragen: Wann im Schuljahr passt das gut rein? Wie viel Zeit habe ich? Und wie viel Eigenst\u00e4ndigkeit kann ich meiner Klasse zumuten? Er ist Studiotechniker, Gitarrist und Pianist und arbeitet neben seiner Referentent\u00e4tigkeit als Studiomusiker, Produzent f\u00fcr Musik und Film sowie als Live-Tontechniker.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Sebastian B\u00fcrg<\/strong> hat an der Universit\u00e4t Mannheim Medienwissenschaften und der Freien Universit\u00e4t Berlin Sozial- &amp; Kulturanthropologie studiert. Neben seiner T\u00e4tigkeit als S\u00e4nger, Gitarrist &amp; Songwriter der Berliner Band Woodman Jam arbeitete er mehrere Jahre bei internationalen Musikprojekten als Projektmanager.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mit ihrem Projekt \u201c<strong>Music in the Box<\/strong>\u201d bieten sie zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe &amp; digitale Kreativbildung im Bereich Musik und Klang f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler*innen und P\u00e4dagog*innen an. Sch\u00fclerInnen sollen m\u00f6glichst viel selbst machen d\u00fcrfen: Texte schreiben, Ger\u00e4usche erfinden, Sprechrollen \u00fcbernehmen, aufnehmen, schneiden. Nat\u00fcrlich h\u00e4ngt das vom Alter und der Gruppe ab, aber je mehr Eigenverantwortung die Sch\u00fclerInnen bekommen, desto st\u00e4rker ist ihre Motivation. Sie erleben, dass sie etwas Eigenes erschaffen \u2013 das ist unglaublich best\u00e4rkend. Wichtig ist, als Lehrkraft eher moderierend zu begleiten: Impulse geben, unterst\u00fctzen, aber nicht zu viel vorgeben.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-54030 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Hoerspiele-Interview-2-1030x579.jpg\" alt=\"H\u00f6rspiele im Unterricht Interview 2\" width=\"1030\" height=\"579\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Was sind einige h\u00e4ufige Herausforderungen, die beim Erstellen von H\u00f6rspielen auftreten k\u00f6nnen, und wie k\u00f6nnen Lehrkr\u00e4fte diese meistern? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Felix Unger &amp; Sebastian B\u00fcrg: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen ist meist die Organisation \u2013 gerade wenn es viele Gruppen gibt. Wer nimmt wann auf? Wo? Mit welchem Ger\u00e4t? Das l\u00e4sst sich aber gut in den Griff bekommen, wenn man von Anfang an klare Strukturen schafft und Zeiten sowie R\u00e4ume plant. Auch Technik wirkt manchmal abschreckend. Aber hier gilt: Keep it simple. Ein Tablet oder Laptop mit eingebautem Mikro reicht v\u00f6llig aus. Es muss kein Tonstudio sein.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falls mal etwas nicht klappt \u2013 auch das geh\u00f6rt dazu. Wichtig ist, das Projekt als Prozess zu verstehen, bei dem Ausprobieren und Improvisieren erlaubt sind.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Welchen Tipp m\u00f6chtet ihr Lehrkr\u00e4ften f\u00fcr ihr erstes H\u00f6rspielprojekt mitgeben?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Felix Unger &amp; Sebastian B\u00fcrg: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am wichtigsten ist: einfach anfangen. Lehrkr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen nicht alles im Vorfeld wissen oder den perfekten Plan in der Tasche haben. H\u00f6rspielprojekte leben vom Ausprobieren \u2013 und es gibt keinen \u201erichtigen\u201c Weg, der immer funktioniert. Gerade aus unerwarteten Situationen oder kleinen \u201eFehlern\u201c entstehen oft spannende Ideen oder neue Richtungen.<br \/>\nUnd falls zwischendurch etwas unklar ist, ist das v\u00f6llig in Ordnung. Viele Sch\u00fclerInnen sind sehr fit im Umgang mit Technik und Programmen und finden oft ganz eigenst\u00e4ndig kreative L\u00f6sungen. Entscheidend ist, den Raum zu \u00f6ffnen \u2013 f\u00fcr gemeinsames Gestalten, f\u00fcr Improvisation, f\u00fcr das eigene Erleben.
