Was sind die h\u00e4ufigsten Herausforderungen, mit denen Lehrkr\u00e4fte in diesem Bereich konfrontiert sind?<\/b><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dr. David Luhr: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entwicklungsteams in Schulen stehen oft vor zwei zentralen Herausforderungen, um Schulentwicklung wirksam werden zu lassen: Erstens fehlt im durch getakteten Alltag die Zeit, Entwicklungsprozesse vom Ziel her zu durchdenken und diese strategisch zu planen und dann Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt umzusetzen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zweitens ist die Expertise, wie Prozesse (zeit-)effizient und auf Wirksamkeit hin angelegt werden k\u00f6nnen, oft nicht sehr ausgepr\u00e4gt . Viele Schulen starten in Entwicklungsprojekte direkt mit konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen, ohne vorher den Iststand gekl\u00e4rt oder Ziele der Entwicklungsprozesse definiert zu haben.
