Was war deine Motivation, dieses Buch gerade jetzt zu schreiben und warum war es dir wichtig, KI explizit mit \u201eKopf, Herz und Hand\u201c zu verbinden?<\/strong><br \/>\nAls ChatGPT Ende 2022 ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde, war mir sofort klar, dass sich hier etwas auftut, das die Art, in der wir Schule gestalten, zwingend infrage stellen wird. Ich pers\u00f6nlich bin nicht in den Schuldienst eingetreten, weil ich das bestehende System kritiklos unterst\u00fctze, ganz im Gegenteil. Ich trat an, um Ver\u00e4nderungen in Unterricht und Schule im Rahmen meiner M\u00f6glichkeiten anzusto\u00dfen. Die starke Fokussierung auf die Anh\u00e4ufung abpr\u00fcfbaren Wissens und die Vernachl\u00e4ssigung eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes widerspricht meiner Vorstellung von nachhaltigem Lernen und der \u00dcberzeugung, dass Schule die Aufgabe hat, Menschen in Gemeinschaft wachsen zu lassen und ihnen ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Angebot zur Entfaltung zu bieten. All das sind keine neuen Ideen. Sie zeigen sich seit Langem in den unterschiedlichen reformp\u00e4dagogischen Bewegungen. Ganz pr\u00e4gnant bringt es der von Pestalozzi gepr\u00e4gte Begriff des Lernens mit Kopf, Herz und Hand auf den Punkt. Nun, da unser Kopf \u2013 also unsere kognitiven F\u00e4higkeiten \u2013 Konkurrenz und gleichzeitig Unterst\u00fctzung durch eine neue Art von Intelligenz bekommt, bietet sich eine ganz neue und dringende M\u00f6glichkeit, die Art, in der wir Schule gestalten, zu \u00fcberdenken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du verbindest im Titel KI mit einer \u201emenschlicheren Schule\u201c. F\u00fcr viele klingt das erstmal widerspr\u00fcchlich: Technologie vs. Menschlichkeit. Wie genau kann KI Schule aus deiner Sicht menschlicher machen und wo liegen auch Grenzen dieser Idee?<\/strong><br \/>\nDer scheinbare Widerspruch l\u00f6st sich auf, wenn man fragt: Was kostet Lehrkr\u00e4fte heute die meiste Zeit und Energie? Erkl\u00e4ren, wiederholen, korrigieren, differenzieren und das f\u00fcr 25 bis 30 Kinder gleichzeitig, die alle unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen mitbringen. Das ist strukturell kaum l\u00f6sbar. Nicht weil Lehrkr\u00e4fte es nicht wollen, sondern weil das System sie zwingt, einen Gro\u00dfteil ihrer Zeit mit Wissensvermittlung zu verbringen, statt mit dem, was sie eigentlich unersetzlich macht: Beziehung, Inspiration, echte Begleitung.<br \/>\nKI kann die Wissensvermittlung individualisiert und geduldig \u00fcbernehmen. Sie erkl\u00e4rt dieselbe Sache zehnmal auf zehn verschiedene Arten, ohne ungeduldig zu werden. Sie passt das Tempo an, gibt sofortiges Feedback und dokumentiert, wo jemand steht. Das schafft Zeit, und genau diese Zeit ist der Schl\u00fcssel. Denn was Schule menschlicher macht, ist mehr Raum f\u00fcr das, was keine Maschine leisten kann: das kl\u00e4rende Gespr\u00e4ch, wenn jemand feststeckt. Die Lehrkraft, die merkt, dass ein Kind heute nicht bei der Sache ist, weil zu Hause etwas nicht stimmt. Der Moment, in dem echtes Staunen in der Gruppe entsteht.<br \/>\nDie Grenzen der Technologie im Klassenzimmer m\u00fcssen klar sein. KI kann Empathie simulieren, aber nicht empfinden. Sie kann keine Werte leben, weil sie selbst keine hat. Und sie kann das produktive Ringen, das echtem Verstehen vorausgeht, eher umgehen als f\u00f6rdern. Wenn KI jeden Denkwiderstand gl\u00e4ttet, entsteht zwar Effizienz, aber kein tiefes Lernen. Die Arbeitsteilung ist entscheidend: KI \u00fcbernimmt die individualisierte Grundlagenvermittlung, Menschen \u00fcbernehmen alles, was Beziehung, Haltung und echte Herausforderung braucht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-4ovqwb8-59670b336e9ba22efec2334e5b316c46 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-13  el_after_av_one_full  avia-builder-el-last  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-frrtsk-bd4852e238ce2fb45b0b1db011ffcb8b '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Eine Passage in deinem Buch lautet: \u201eStell dir vor, du liest eines Morgens folgende Meldung:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u201eNeue KI kann praktisch alles: Sie schreibt bessere Texte als die besten Autor:innen, l\u00f6st mathematische Probleme schneller als alle Nobelpreistr\u00e4ger:innen und komponiert Musik, die zu Tr\u00e4nen r\u00fchrt.\u201c Was bringst du deinen Sch\u00fcler:innen an diesem Tag bei?\u201c Das zeigt eine grundlegende Frage im Umgang mit KI. Was w\u00e4re deine Antwort auf die Frage: Was brauchen Kinder wirklich, wenn KI nahezu alles kann?<\/strong><br \/>\nKinder brauchen die Erfahrung, dass ihr Handeln etwas bewirkt. Dass eine Idee von ihnen dazu beitr\u00e4gt, ein echtes Problem zu l\u00f6sen. Dass sie scheitern k\u00f6nnen, wieder aufstehen und dabei merken, wie sie sich entwickeln. Das klingt selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, aber in vielen Klassenzimmern wird das noch zu wenig gelebt.<br \/>\nSie brauchen au\u00dferdem die F\u00e4higkeit, gute Fragen zu stellen und kritisch zu reflektieren. Wer nicht pr\u00e4zise fragen und hinterfragen kann, wird weniger durchschauen und weniger an Gestaltungsprozessen teilhaben.<br \/>\nUnd sie brauchen Menschen um sich herum. Menschen, mit denen sie zusammenarbeiten, sich austauschen, Menschen als Vorbilder, Menschen als Reibungsfl\u00e4che, Menschen, die begeistern k\u00f6nnen und die Anteil nehmen. Lernen ist kein Wettkampf mit einer Maschine, sondern etwas, das im Miteinander passiert und das einen Sinn hat, der \u00fcber Noten und Abschl\u00fcsse hinausgeht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wenn KI oft schneller und umfassender Antworten liefert als Lehrkr\u00e4fte im Unterricht:Was bleibt dann die eigentliche Aufgabe von Lehrkr\u00e4ften und wo m\u00fcssen sich Lehrkr\u00e4fte vielleicht auch unbequemen Ver\u00e4nderungen stellen?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201eDer Geist ist kein Gef\u00e4\u00df, das gef\u00fcllt, sondern ein Feuer, das entfacht werden will&#8220; \u2013 dieser Satz von Plutarch bekommt in einer Welt, in der KI jede Faktenfrage in Sekunden beantwortet, eine ganz neue Dringlichkeit.<br \/>\nWas bleibt, wenn das Erkl\u00e4ren von Basiswissen und das Korrigieren weitgehend von Maschinen \u00fcbernommen werden? Es bleibt das Wesentliche. Die Lehrkraft, die sp\u00fcrt, wann jemand Ermutigung braucht. Die einen Konflikt nicht als St\u00f6rung behandelt, sondern als Lerngelegenheit. Die ein Kind sieht, nicht nur seine Leistung.<br \/>\nWer vorrangig ausgebildet wurde, um Wissen zu vermitteln und zu benoten, muss Unterst\u00fctzung bekommen, um in neu gewichtete Rollen zu wachsen: Lernbegleitung, Konfliktmoderation, Beziehungsgestaltung. Die meisten Lehrkr\u00e4fte sind aber nicht in den Beruf gegangen, um Arbeitsbl\u00e4tter zu korrigieren. Sie wollten etwas bewegen. Wenn wir KI lediglich als Abk\u00fcrzung nutzen, riskieren wir, dass Bildung vom echten Verstehen zum reinen Ergebnis-Liefern verkommt. Das Kernproblem ist der Verlust der kognitiven Reibung: Echtes Lernen braucht Widerstand, doch die KI gl\u00e4ttet alle H\u00fcrden. Werden komplexe Aufgaben oder das Strukturieren von Texten zu fr\u00fch delegiert, fehlt dem Gehirn der notwendige Trainingsreiz, um tiefgehende Probleml\u00f6sungskompetenzen aufzubauen.<br \/>\nGleichzeitig droht ein massiver R\u00fcckgang der individuellen Urteilskraft. Da KI-Modelle oft sehr souver\u00e4n auftreten, aber faktisch falsch liegen k\u00f6nnen, ben\u00f6tigen Sch\u00fcler mehr denn je ein starkes eigenes Wissensfundament, um die Ergebnisse kritisch zu hinterfragen. Ohne diese Basis wird \u201agut formuliert\u2018 f\u00e4lschlicherweise mit \u201ainhaltlich richtig\u2018 gleichgesetzt. Letztlich schw\u00e4cht dies auch den eigenst\u00e4ndigen Ausdruck: Da Schreiben eine Form des Denkens ist, f\u00fchrt das Auslagern der Texterstellung zum Verlust der eigenen Stimme.
