Aber trotzdem erwarten Eltern und \u00d6ffentlichkeit heute mehr Informationen, Transparenz und Orientierung. Aber generell gilt: Gute \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit ist ehrlich, klar und kontinuierlich. Sie zeigt nicht nur Termine und Informationen, sondern vermittelt auch, wof\u00fcr eine Schule steht. Typische Stolpersteine sind zum Beispiel veraltete Inhalte und eine unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kommunikation.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-60591 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fobizz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blogpost-Bild-1-Oeffentlichkeitsarbeit-1030x579.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"579\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Wenn du an gelungene Pressearbeit (d)einer Schule denkst: Gibt es ein Beispiel oder eine Situation, die dir besonders im Kopf geblieben ist und zeigt, was gute Schulkommunikation bewirken kann?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dr. Marco Fileccia: <\/strong>Besonders eindrucksvoll finde ich Situationen, in denen Sch\u00fcler*innen selbst im Mittelpunkt stehen \u2013 etwa bei sozialen Projekten, Wettbewerben oder kreativen Aktionen. Wenn daraus gute Berichterstattung entsteht, st\u00e4rkt das nicht nur das Bild der Schule nach au\u00dfen, sondern oft auch den Stolz und das Gemeinschaftsgef\u00fchl innerhalb der Schule. Besonders stolz bin ich pers\u00f6nlich auf unseren Schul-Podcast, der seit 2017 kontinuierlich \u00fcber das Schulleben berichtet, und w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie viel Informationen transportieren konnte. Wir stellen beispielsweise alle neuen Kolleg*innen im Interview vor &#8211; diese Folgen sind bei allen Eltern sehr beliebt, wie man sich leicht denken kann.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gerade staatliche Schulen haben ja rechtliche Grenzen, z.B. beim Urheberrecht oder bei Social Media. Welche Missverst\u00e4ndnisse begegnen dir hier am h\u00e4ufigsten und wie nimmst du Lehrkr\u00e4ften die Unsicherheit?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dr. Marco Fileccia: <\/strong>Vielleicht denken wir manchmal, dass \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit vor allem mit Risiken verbunden sei. Dabei helfen oft schon klare Absprachen, einfache Leitf\u00e4den und etwas Grundwissen zu Bildrechten, Datenschutz und Social Media.
