Wenn \u00fcber den digitalen Wandel und neue Herausforderungen gesprochen wird, geht es leider meistens vor allem\u00a0um Tablets, Smartboards, Wlan oder Computerausstattung. Oft werden Ger\u00e4te angeschafft in der Hoffnung, dass damit das Thema \u201cDigitalisierung\u201d abgehakt ist. Die eigentliche Herausforderung wird dann aber erst sichtbar: Ohne eine fundierte Fortbildung der Lehrkr\u00e4fte wird die Digitalisierung in der Schule eine Bruchlandung.\u00a0<\/span>Basis muss nat\u00fcrlich immer eine funktionierende Infrastruktur sein. Aber eine technische Ausstattung alleine reicht eben nicht aus.<\/p>\n<p>Schulen und Lehrkr\u00e4fte brauchen p\u00e4dagogische Konzepte und das Know-how f\u00fcr einen sinnvollen Einsatz digitaler Medien und technischer Infrastruktur. Lehrkr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen sich kontinuierlich mit neuen Themen besch\u00e4ftigen: Es wird erwartet, dass sie sich mit Datenschutz und Urheberrechtsfragen genauso auskennen, wie mit dem Einsatz digitaler Medien im Unterricht und neuen Technologien. <strong>Das ist eine Herausforderung, mit der wir die Lehrerinnen und Lehrer nicht alleine lassen d\u00fcrfen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doch digitale Medien sind in der<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Lehrerbildung<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> noch immer nicht angekommen. Angehende Lehrkr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen ihren Abschluss machen, ohne auch nur einmal mit dem Thema digitale Medien in Ber\u00fchrung gekommen zu sein &#8211; sagt der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/monitor-lehrerbildung.de\/web\/publikationen\/digitalisierung\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">neue Monitor Lehrerbildung<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
