Das hei\u00dft den traditionellen Unterricht wirklich aufzubrechen. Auch das Unterrichten in F\u00e4chern m\u00fcssen wir \u00fcberdenken. F\u00fcr Lernende ist es unglaublich schwer, sich im 45-Minuten bzw. 90-Min-Takt auf neue F\u00e4cher einzulassen und sich f\u00fcr die Lerngegenst\u00e4nde zu begeistern. So arbeitet doch kein Mensch. Es ist unglaublich schwierig sich st\u00e4ndig mit v\u00f6llig unterschiedlichen Themen zu besch\u00e4ftigen. Da wundert es mich nicht, dass einige Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler am Ende des Schultages ersch\u00f6pft sind und das Gef\u00fchl haben, keine Sache zu Ende gedacht zu haben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ist es nicht frustrierend digitalen Unterricht innerhalb der Institution Schule umzusetzen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, manchmal kostet es viel Kraft. Aber ich glaube auch im bestehenden System kann man eine Ver\u00e4nderung herbeif\u00fchren. Zum Beispiel \u00fcber digitale Pinnw\u00e4nde, wie Padlet oder Trello, dar\u00fcber kl\u00e4ren meine Sch\u00fcler*innen so viel ohne mich. Genau das ver\u00e4ndert Unterricht \u2013 das finde ich super!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das hei\u00dft, das System muss sich gar nicht ver\u00e4ndern?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doch, das glaube ich schon. Es gibt ja auch schon Schulen die Projektarbeit fest integriert haben, sie haben zwar F\u00e4cher, aber auch feste Zeiten f\u00fcr Projekte. Nicht unbedingt das Zentralabitur, sondern die Schultaktung. Du hast halt deine drei Themen, die du in einem Halbjahr behandelt haben musst und zum Schluss kommt dann eine Pr\u00fcfung. Bei koordinierten Vergleichsarbeiten ist es dann auch noch so, dass bestimmte Arbeiten im selben Jahrgang in allen Klassen gleich sein m\u00fcssen. Das schr\u00e4nkt mich ein. Aber ich w\u00fcrde mir mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t und Freiheiten im Lehrplan w\u00fcnschen. Man sollte sich \u00fcberlegen was man im Jahr 2019 und f\u00fcr die Zukunft wissen muss. Die sechs Kompetenzen aus der \u201eBildung in der digitalen Welt\u201c die Sch\u00fcler*innen w\u00e4hrend ihrer Schulzeit erreichen sollen, finde ich sehr gut. Das sind genau die Kompetenzen, die wichtig sind. Der n\u00e4chste Schritt ist jetzt, das in die Schulen zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neben diesen Kompetenzen gibt es ja schon bestimmte Inhalte, die alle Lernen m\u00fcssen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich \u2013 alle m\u00fcssen zum Beispiel die Grundrechenarten, Lesen und Schreiben lernen. Aber ich w\u00fcrde mir w\u00fcnschen, dass dies in einen Basisteil f\u00e4llt und es zus\u00e4tzlich M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr das Umsetzen von eigenen Projekten und dem Vertiefen von Interessen gibt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Diskussion \u00fcber modernen, digitalen Unterricht gab es in den 80er Jahren schon. Hast du Hoffnung, dass sich irgendwann mehr ver\u00e4ndert?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Schule ist kein sehr agiles System. Es sind sehr viele Akteure beteiligt und Ver\u00e4nderungen brauchen Zeit. Aber es mangelt h\u00e4ufig an der Infrastruktur. Hamburg ist da super aufgestellt, hier ist jede Schule an das schnelle Glasfasernetz angeschlossen. Aber das ist l\u00e4ngst nicht \u00fcberall so. F\u00fcr alles Digitale ist ein stabiles WLAN notwendig. Einfach alles digital machen, was man vorher analog gemacht hat, macht nichts besser. Es k\u00f6nnte sogar didaktisch fragw\u00fcrdige Prinzipien noch verst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zum Beispiel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das totale &#8222;Verquizzen&#8220;, also immer nur: Frage, Antwort, Frage Antwort. Sch\u00fcler*innen lieben das, und gut dosiert kann man das auch machen. Aber da darf es halt nicht stehen bleiben. Es ist v\u00f6llig in Ordnung so zu starten, aber damit darf man sich nicht zufriedengeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gibt es noch andere Gefahren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, das st\u00e4ndige Online sein. Zum Beispiel habe ich Twitter nicht mehr auf dem Handy. Ich habe zwei kleine Kinder und wenn ich Zeit mit Ihnen verbringen kann, will ich voll und ganz bei ihnen sein. Manchmal war ich in meinen Gedanken bei Diskussionen auf Twitter und habe daher f\u00fcr mich beschlossen, dass ich zu festen Zeiten in dieses Netzwerk gehe. Es ist wichtig seine Erfahrungen zu machen, das eigene Verhalten zu reflektieren und den f\u00fcr sich besten Weg zu finden.
