Can I share content with my students?
Yes, the Share feature allows you to share content with your students either via a link or QR code. Your students do not need to register or log in to access the content. You will remain completely anonymous.
In addition, you can use the fobizz classrooms to let your students use artificial intelligence in a privacy compliant way.
What access permissions can I set?
You can set the access permissions of the data on an individual basis:
- Closed – Not open to the public. No one has access.
- Password protection – Not public. A password is required.
- Hidden link – Not public. Access is only possible via the direct link.
- Public – Public. Everyone has access. Can be found via Google search.
How long do I have access to my content? When will the content be deleted?
You can customize the automatic deletion of your data:
- Never – data will not be deleted
- 1 week – deletion occurs after one week
- 1 month – deletion occurs after one month
- 1 year – deletion occurs after one year
- 18 months – deletion occurs after 18 months
