Use this tool to create interactive worksheets with cloze texts, single and multiple choice tasks, free text tasks and multimedia content and graphic elements. Collect the answers digitally and evaluate them easily and neatly online. You can also print out the worksheets.
How can I test the worksheet tool for free?
The use of the worksheet tool is basically and permanently free of charge. The new creation of own digital worksheets is limited to 2 worksheets per person in the basic version. Only with the Tools Pro or Tools School license you can create as many new worksheets as you want.
You can continue to use all your created worksheets indefinitely (unless you set a deletion period yourself). This also applies to the free basic version.
Only with the Tools Pro or Tools School license you can create new worksheets over and over again without limit. Once created, worksheets can continue to be used beyond the end of a Tools Pro license or a school license.
Is my data secure?
Of course, we only access your data stored in our database via an encrypted connection. Third parties will not be able to view or use this information.
Can I share content with my students?
Yes, the Share feature allows you to share content with your students either via a link or QR code. Your students do not need to register or log in to access the content. You will remain completely anonymous.
What access permissions can I set?
You can set the access permissions of the data on an individual basis:
- Closed – Not open to the public. No one has access.
- Password protection – Not public. A password is required.
- Hidden link – Not public. Access is only possible via the direct link.
- Public – Public. Everyone has access. Can be found via Google search.
How long do I have access to my content? When will the content be deleted?
You can customize the automatic deletion of your data:
- Never – data will not be deleted
- 1 week – deletion occurs after one week
- 1 month – deletion occurs after one month
- 1 year – deletion occurs after one year
- 18 months – deletion occurs after 18 months
