With the fobizz classrooms, your students get their own access to the fobizz AI tools and can work with them in a privacy-compliant way. This makes it easy to use artificial intelligence in your classroom in a privacy-compliant way.
No name is required for registration, a pseudonym will suffice.
All data created by students will be deleted after a user-defined period of time.

How can I share the AI tools with my students?
This is how you share the AI tools with your students:
- You create a new classroom and determine what tools your students can work with
- Then share the link or QR code with the classroom.
- Students create their own classroom login
- If a student has forgotten/lost their login information, you can resend the link.
- After a specified period of time, all student-generated content is deleted, so no student data is stored.
As a teacher, can I see the requests my students are making?
Currently not yet. You can only see an overview of which tools your students have used. However, it is not yet possible to view the history of requests.
Can I test the classrooms free of charge?
With Tools Basic you can create up to 5 classrooms for free. For unlimited classroom access, you need a Tools Pro or a Tools School license. Then you can create an unlimited number of classrooms.
What is the source of the data used in AI tools?
We integrate OpenAI’s services through an API. You can learn more about the terms of use here: OpenAI Terms of Use.
What are challenges in working with artificial intelligence?
Artificial intelligence always raises questions, so it is very important to always question artificial intelligence critically. Some challenges in dealing with artificial intelligence and teaching might be:
- How do you know if someone wrote the essay or solved the math problem on their own?

Of course, we only access your data stored in our database via an encrypted connection. Third parties will not be able to view or use this information.

Do I have to be logged in with my account to use the fobizz Tools?
You can easily manage, edit, and share all the content you create. For this to work, you must be logged in with your fobizz account.
What student data is stored?
Your students can log in to the fobizz classroom with a pseudonym. These pseudonyms will only be seen by you, the teacher, within the classroom you have created. After a certain period of time, all data created by students* is deleted, so there is no data storage.
