Can I share content with my students?
Yes, the Share feature enables you to effortlessly share content with your students via a link or QR code. Your students can access the content without registering or logging in, ensuring their complete anonymity.
Additionally, you can utilize fobizz Shared Spaces to allow your students to engage with artificial intelligence in a privacy-compliant manner.
What permissions can I set?
You can set the access permissions of the data on an individual basis:
- Closed – Not open to the public. No one has access.
- Password protection – Not public. A password is required.
- Hidden link – Not public. Access is only possible via the direct link or QR code.
- Public – Public. Everyone has access. Can be found via Google search.
How long will I have access to my content? When will the content be deleted?
You can customize the automatic deletion of your data:
- Never – data will not be deleted
- 1 week – deletion occurs after one week
- 1 month – deletion occurs after one month
- 1 year – deletion occurs after one year
- 18 months – deletion occurs after 18 months
